The room was fabulous - Spacious, with super-comfy beds, a big-screen t.v., a large rainfall shower and large, deep bathtub, plus a kitchenette! Even the large-sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash smelled fantastic. Trevor at the front desk was so charming and helpful! Really, an amazing stay!

Great location to our family. Underground locked parking for guests. Great size room but it may be time to paint rooms nice neutral grey to freshen things up.

Didnt have cutlery or plates for at least two people and only had coffee for one night and we were there for 2. Cleaning staff should have caught that the shower door was not working;.if you closed the door it was difficult to open.

The hotel is nested in a very nice location, it takes a little car hike in the mountain... I personnally had a little walk in the mountain behind the hotel with my dog Scratch, he was so happy!! The area is booming so it might change but I was personnally impressed with the area!

I guess no hidden fees when you book online would be great, being up front always looks better

The beds were outstanding and the young lady in Reception was very helpful and charming.

The fact that there is no cafe or restaurant in the hotel itself. The cafe and pub restaurant across the road are very mediocre so one has to go to the Westin Hotel's restaurant for dinner which is quite wonderful food and a breathtaking view, but quite expensive.

Far away from town, not much interaction with staff, doesn’t really give a hotel vibe but more a short term rental vibe, parking is expensive at $30/day, Would have appreciated knowing in advance that it cost $40/day for gym and pool facilities

I liked the quieter out-of-town experience. We drove an EV and there were 3 Tesla chargers and one standard EV charger in their gated parking garage, which was most excellent. The nearby Jack's Cafe had great food and surprisingly good sushi for being up a mountain. We climbed Mt. Finlayson for fun without realizing how steep it was, but still had fun.

The room was very clean and quiet. The temperature was perfect and the AC was easy to control. Beds were comfortable.

There is no free parking on hotel premises. You have to pay $10 per night to pay at the hotel. Otherwise, you'd have to park somewhere else. We did not realize this before booking and it was not clear.

Room was good size and very clean. The room had a pleasing interior and decor. Good size bathroom. Toiletries were high quality.

TV did not have Netflix or ability to cast from our device to TV. Kitchenette did not come equipped with dishes, cutlery or plates. Difficult to adjust air conditioner temperature.

The location is stunning and the property was well looked after and very convenient to park and get to the elevators. The room was huge and very clean I will definitely stay there again

Public parking for friends to visit is a challenge and there is no restaurant
