The balconies in the room were wonderful for a family with a child we could be "outside" while our son went to sleep. The restaurant in the hotel was above and beyond our expectations food and portions were fantastic. Toiletries were Dove products and towels provided were soft.

The pool and hot tub were in need of a good clean (gravely debris) on the bottom of pool and a ring of dirt above the water line of the hot tub. We still used them as they were highly chlorined but they could use a little maintaining. Top blanket didn't have a duvet cover just 2 sheets one on top and one on bottom of duvet.

It was very nice hotel! Having the restaurant and pool there was extremely convenient. Especially with a toddler! Everything was clean and well kept. Staff was extremely professional and friendly.

The rooms could use some modernization, but overall for the cost it was still a great time. One other small thing was that the pool was supposed to be heated, but it definitely didn't feel like it.

Very quiet and comfortable. The pool/jacuzzi tub was great. The indoor courtyard that we could also view from our balcony was awesome. Room was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. Staff was very friendly and breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and overall a great experience as well.

The bathroom is a little dated, with some half completed repairs around the left side if the sink, drywall screws and wall plaster visible but did not affect using the washroom at all

Everything was great, from check in to checkout. Front desk was very kind and friendly. Never met any of the housekeeping staff. I had a issue with my room and front desk gave me a free breakfast, thought that was really nice!

There a few things. 1. My blanket on my bed had a huge blood stain. You can tell it was never, cleaned from the last geuss. Pretty gross 2. The pool was way to cold. 3. All my dresser drawers were dirty 4. There was someones name written on the picture, from grease or something 5. One of the coffee cups was dirty 6. No light on the Balcony 7. Not enough towels for 2 queen beds for 2 people.

The bed was comfortable. The hot tub & pool were really good.

House keeping for our rooms was not there. We were very surprised to find our rooms had not been cleaned when we were gone. We had to get our own towels, take out our own garbage. What am I paying for if these services are not being done. House keeping came 1 time out of the 5 night stay. We were told no house keeping was coming by unless we were there for a whole week. That part of the stay was very poor.

Room was fine, comfortable bed. The pool area was attractive with plants and waterfall. We did not eat breakfast as it was too expensive.

I found the pool attendant to be overbearing asking a woman not to drink a pop in a plastic bottle by the hot tub. why do you sell beverages in the pool area if you can't drink them?

The property was close to the downtown. Quiet area, very clean, the hotel staff were nice and helpful. The pool/hot tub, restaurant area exceeded are expectations👌🏽My partner loved it! We had a King Room, and it was perfect size for both of us. Wish we could stay longer than one night, next time for sure!

Very friendly staff, great stay for a value price. I loved the terrace concept! The koi pond and live tropical plants are beautiful.

Pool area could use a good scrub and adjustment to their pool treatment regimen(once you step in, you can't see the bottom). The facilities are dated but if you enjoy retro things which we happen to, book the suite with the spa bath, room 244. I genuinely loved it. Light bulb out in the bathroom though that should have been replaced.

The price is great. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The food food was good quality. The pool is very nice, however there should ve more oversight as some the guests were rowdy and tainted the experience some. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom wasn't great and needs updating. The coffee maker was disgusting and full of scale. The corners was of the room had a lot of dirt and grime. The rooms need more thorough cleaning.

Good comfortable bed. Air conditioning all good. Had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and was just the best. Everyone we met was very positive and eager to help. From front desk to restaurant. Thank you servers Makayla and Cathy.

The whole place was a little tired and could do with a spruce up. But have to emphasize everything was very clean and tidy including room, pool and restaurant
