I love the hotel the staff was amazing specially when i was so disappointed with the aweful service from Booking. The hotel is clean and pretty !

I love the hotel really enjoy it! But is extremely disappointed and sad that all my friend paid 80$ less a night booking right from the hotel… i use booking all the time for my hotel and this is the last time… i felt discussed that you charge me 80$ a night extra than the hotel itself! I understand 10-15$ to pay for ur fee but this much is awful plus no parking and free breakfast and friends had it with their cheaper price

The hotel is nice and we’ll located with lots of amenities nearby.

Surprisingly, the toilet was not well-installed and it rocked. The breakfast was the most disappointing. It was a buffet and all we wanted was cereal. The waiter grudgingly said we could have cereal for $4.50 a bowl. The only hot cereal was a packet on instant oatmeal, which I had to mix myself with some tepid water from a carafe, but no instructions as to how much water to add so it turned out soupy. We later learned from other diners that we could have ordered a la carte but the less than helpful waiter didn’t tell us that at the beginning.

I enjoyed everything but the breakfast. I asked for a room on the first floor and I was accommodated. The rooms were very clean. The staff is very friendly. Actually everyone we met were friendly and love love the location.

breakfast was terrible and expensive. The pancakes were hard, and the rest was dry. the snacks at the front were extremely overpriced. I couldn't work the Keurig and had to order room service and was told someone would come look at my coffee machine but nobody ever came but at least I had an overpriced coffee from room service to keep me happy.

The location and staff were excellent! Room was clean and comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature of the room with what appears to be an updated thermostat and HVAC system.

The shower would be my only complaint. The shower head was far to low for comfort and the pressure and water stream was similar to a pressure washer. The shower curtain didn’t go the full width of the tub, so water would leak onto the floor. Thankfully there were plenty of towels to clean it up.

Ideal location on Queen Street, just steps away from bars, restaurants, walking trails, etc. The on-site bar (the Joyce) is an unexpected treat with respect to ambiance, menu and the very pleasant staff.

"Family friendly" can sometimes mean noisy hallways on the weekend. I know it's a tough balance but maybe need a little more hallway monitoring.

Located downtown within a short walking distance to restaurants, bars, the market (on Saturdays) and all services. The Provincial Legislature and Playhouse are right across the street and the Art Gallery is right beside it. There's an excellent walking trail behind the hotel adjacent to the river that allows for a leisurely walk across the old train bridge to Fredericton's North side (and there's a pub (Picaroons) right at the end of the bridge).

It was beautiful there!! I was very appreciative of the air conditioning. Rooms were nice and large. Staff was friendly and understanding. ( it was my first time going to a hotel and doing everything on my own, so I didn't know much.)

The hot tub was out of order. ( obviously not anyone's fault.) The shower in the pool area stays ice cold.

location, cleanliness

it was quite noisy at night as there must have been a hockey tournament in town. the hotel should make every effort to put people not involved in group activities on other floors. kids were running up and down the hallways until midnight and noise started again at 630am. I heard someone mention security so they were obviously called. otherwise, the stay was fine.

we go to this hotel and stay for a couple days as a group for a work event annually. after a couple years hiatus due to to covid, we made it back and it is just as good a place to stay as it ever was. double thumbs up.

weird policy about requiring a credit card to stay there, despite pre-paying online through a different booking app was noticed by one of our colleagues attending the same event as us. she ended up “stranded” because the hotel apparently wouldn’t accept cash as a deposit. thought that was a bit strange.

Fantastic location to Fredrictons waterfront and downtown area. The room was spacious, clean, modern, really liked it. We ate breakfast in the hotel, it was very good and moderately priced. Staff were good, there was on-site security as well. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
