Great location, parkade access, new decor, clean and comfortable room. We stayed on 7th floor and enjoyed the view of the town.

A lot of small things: - 1 luggage cart for the 7-floor hotel, which is disturbing when you're traveling for Christmas with bags and bags of presents, - no room service, just an overpriced 24/7 lobby store, - vending machines on the floor were never found, - there's a coffee maker in the room but the supplies are strangely scarce, so if you're two people who both want coffee with milk, you might not get it. Saving on coffee mate in a $176/night room is truly ridiculous. There's another hotel right across the street $20 cheaper and with none of these issues. Guess we're staying there next time.

The location was super, near the river. I asked for a room with a view and we got an excellent view of the river. There were also excellent restaurants and shops nearby if one did not want to eat in the hotel. Walking along the river was very pleasant. The room and bed was very comfortable. The screen effectively kept out the light.

The staff were helpful when they were there. The reception desk was not always staffed. There was no bell or button to summon them. We had to wait a while. Coordination between the reception and the restaurant was also not good. We had to ask for our restaurant bill at check-out. We could have left without paying. The breakfast also did not meet expectation. The poached egg was overcooked although we specifically asked for soft boil. The hotel also did not have a charging station for our hybrid. Paid parking was in a nearby municipal lot but there were no signage visible.

amazing location, great restaurant/bar with good food and live music on the friday of my stay! the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was stuck in town for a few days due to flight cancellations and the hotel had laundry facilities for me to use and the team was able to provide me with a later checkout

This hotel was a very positive experience. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the restaurant in the hotel, very good food. The only thing extra we paid for was the use of the washer and drier. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Fredericton!

The early morning pick up of a container behind the hotel at 5:30 a.m. Very loud and very early.

The pathways just outside the hotel along the river are fantastic. The hotel has the best patio I think and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Bit expensive by $50/night. That’s about it.

Our room was exceptionally clean. The bed was super comfortable and quiet. Phillip at check-in was very personable and informed us of various restaurants for dinner.

The only negative comment about our stay was our experience checking out. We were in the process of doing so while another client behind us mentioned that they were in a hurry. The staff tending to us decided to just tend to the other client. The staff didn’t even apologize to us nor did she seem we were a priority even though we were ahead of the other client.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by a most pleasant employee who upgraded our room. We were on the 7th floor with the most amazing views of the river and the downtown area. Our room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. We had breakfast and a supper at the hotel restaurant - the food was amazing and the wait staff super nice and very friendly. We plan on staying here again the next time we travel to Fredericton.

The only thing that we didn't like, but was not the fault of the hotel, was that we arrived just after the Harvest music festival, and there was no Alexander Keiths beer available...but hey, that's ok - it just means that my husband got to try something else - always look at the glass as half full!

We used Fredericton as a stop over on our journey so we did not have time to try other restaurants in the city. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and were very impressed with the food and the service staff. We will stay again.

Some help outside the building at arrival would have been appreciated.

Exceptionally clean and well-appointed room.

Hilton front desk clerk seemed disinterested during check in. She was robotic at best. Neither helpful or interested in providing exceptional customer service.

My husband and I were here for five days over the harvest music festival . We had food and drink at different times over the five days and noticed how friendly and happy all the staff were they all seemed to work together happily this was impressive..
