Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Uptown Fredericton, an IHG Hotel

Easy to access, clean, good parking, amazing hot breakfast! The beds were absolutely the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The couch in the suite was brand new and very comfortable. We loved the old wood grain floors mixed in with a bit of carpet. The suite was fantastic, as it had a little kitchenette where we could use the fridge and microwave. The pull out desk was very handy to eat meals at or do some writing. We loved the location as it wasn't downtown, but not far away from it either. It is central to grocery store and other shopping areas which was handy.

I signed up for the loyalty program so instead of the regular room, we got a free upgrade to a King Suite. Excellent experience, especially as we were coming back from a hiking trip and needed some extra space to clean, unpack, reorganize, etc.

Can't really think of too much. It's a Holiday Inn, so you know what to expect. Is it going to blow your mind? No. Is it going to be as advertised, and give you clean sheets and a decent bed to sleep on? Yes.

We were there for a conference and liked the location. The breakfast was excellent and even had some gluten and lactose free options that I appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful!. We would definitely stay there again.

The only complaint I have is that some of the breakfast items were not hot but that was probably due to the time that the food arrived and the time I arrived.

Our suite was spacious and clean. We had our dog with us so it was good to be on the ground floor next to the side door for quick in and outs. The reception desk was excellent.

I didn't like all the disposables at breakfast and plastic cups in our room. Everything was wrapped in plastic and all bowls, plates, cutlery etc. was disposable. Little plastic containers for milk and cream instead of cartons. So much garbage. Also the suite had a fridge and microwave but no cups, plates or cutlery which surprised me.

The service was super friendly, the buffet was nothing fancy but everyone found something they liked (even the kids), and the coffee bar was very welcome.

Interesting insulation; I couldn't hear a peep from the neighbors around me, but I could hear every single step from the people upstairs, which was unfortunate because they woke REALLY early. Also instead of bath towels they accidentally provided tiny bath mats; this is the kind of problem that's fixed really quickly by a call to the front desk, but is sad to discover when you're still dripping wet from the shower.

Facility is clean and well-maintained. the hotel is reasonably close to a number of local attractions and is close to the TransCanada highway. The breakfast provided every morning was excellent, and staff went out of their way to accommodate guest requests.

There was nothing worth noting.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean establishment. Free parking. Helpful, friendly staff. Spouse LOVED the water bottle filling station next to the ice.

Coffee / tea station in lobby is not available after breakfast. High beds- short people- never works!

When we checked in, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a king bed suite! Bonus! we had a comfortable bed and a big screen TV. Lovely toiletries—Dove products. We had a good breakfast with lots of variety with both hot and cold choices. Our stay exceeded our expectations!

We liked everything!

It was extremely well kept, and the room was very nice for the price we paid. We were only passing through, but would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, unfortunately. Also, please go back to using normal cutlery and dishes - the paper and plastic is so bad for the environment!

NIce clean room, well appointed. The location was easy to find and close to the botanical gardens which were nice to walk in. It is away from the downtown core, but close to lots of shopping and fast food restaurants

We did have to drive and park in the downtown to attend the event we went to.
