The room was well laid out and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet.

The TV channels were not HD. The room was nicely renovated compared with the hallways and the exterior of the hotel. The restaurant was closed to hotel guests. We were not informed that the hotel was being rented out to house new arrivals to Canada. Health care workers walking around the hotel with masks on. Security guards located at the reception.

The staff members were superb! Jeff and Melanie on the front desk were extremely helpful! Sherry and her coworkers in housekeeping were exceptional!

We had an absolutely incredible stay

extremely friendly staff, went over and above to accommodate my needs like reserving taxis, answering my questions or giving advice on what to do around st johns. Rooms were quite, clean and spacious.

Location was a little out of the way and considering I mostly walked everywhere, it was about an hour walk to get to downtown or longer to see anything else in the area.

The room is spacious. It had a table and chairs, microwave, refrigerator, and tv. The bed was very comfortable .

The tv is very small for the room.

Location is a out of the way without renting a car and city transit is the pits. Not a criticism of the hotel as room prices were lower to offset the inconvenience. Hallways frequently stank of cigarettes late at night.

The restaurant there was closed. We had to go out to eat . The room itself was clean.. I did find a few spots on the top blanket of our beds. And I asked for extra towels every day but never received them. And the location of the elevator is very confusing.

Centrally located and close to all amenities (restaurants, Timmies, gas). Staff were FANTASTIC. I was travelling alone with my 2 dogs and they were so helpful. To and from the room.

No breakfast. I appreciate a continental breakfast at the very least. The price was a bit inflated given other options.

Beds were very comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. A/C worked well and WiFi was strong. Staff were very helpful.

The setup getting in and out of the hotel was a little hard if you're an older person. 2 steps down into the lobby then up a long ramp to get to an elevator. Side door off parking lot opened halfway between floors 1 and 2 so it was some stairs either way. This did not upset our stay, just made it a little awkward.

It was a beautiful space. I enjoyed the quietness and of course the courtesy of all the beautiful staff members who helped to make my stay very comfortable as possible. They were very kind and welcoming. This was my first visit to NL, and the staff made me feel very welcomed.
