The check-in staff were so friendly and helpful, it really made me feel good about the Hotel immediately. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was far better than I ever expected and the service was over and above the norm. There was such a nice variety to choose from that everyone was happy. From make your own waffles which the kids loved, to eggs and bacon for the parents. The staff (Judy) made sure we got everything we needed and brought over freshly made french toast when it was ready for my daughter. It was close to the highway and with Walmart right beside it. picking up fruit & ice for the beach was so convenient.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good size room for a married couple. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Near Kingston, which was our destination for a wedding.

The parking lot is small, and there were several semi trucks and railroad vehicles parked in the lot, which made parking near the room challenging.

Location was perfect as it was near restaurants.

Breakfast could use real boiled eggs not from a package. Also, I booked a room for 3 adults but when I got to the room there was only 1 bed, which is not suitable for 3 adults. The advertisement says the room fits 4 adults but it was not even suitable to fit 3 adults. It was good thing that the lady at the counter was able to find me another room with 2 double beds. The advertising/room description in Booking.com needs to be more accurate.

The staff are extremely friendly. Because of the Covid situation, the hotel is functioning with very limited personal, however they were very efficient, which is impressive. The hotel has a very good location between Sandbanks Provincial Park and Kingston. We also visited the Bon Echo Provincial Park which was less than an hour drive up to the north. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. There is a Walmart store at a walking distance and few good restaurants that stay open late. Although the hotels is very close to the 401, you do not hear the back noise of the traffic especially during the night.

The breakfast was not good at all. Very limited options and the quality of the food items are very rudimentary. The coffee machines in the rooms are pretty basic. They should upgrade it to a better quality that works with the capsules, and better quality of coffee.

Very clean - staff exceptionally courteous and welcoming - both desk staff and kitchen staff! The rooms were well kept and the breakfast top notch!

The only issue was the noise from the highway but that was just a mild annoyance

Shelley was amazing! She helped us with a problem with our room & went to great lengths to resolve the problem.

I felt badly when I saw that Shelley & other staff on front desk have laundry to do in addition to responding to guest issues.

I am so pleased and impressed with our stay. The rooms are nice and smell so clean and look clean and rhe staff is wonderful and the breakfast is top notch! Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay!

I called to book and called to check for early check in NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! I calling 5 different times and different days NO ONE ANSWERED!!!!!!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast.
