The staff are so pleasant and accommodating. Stayed 1 night and he joked...oh well will see you again tomorrow. We had no plans to be in the area again...just on a sightseeing drive but lo and behold we found ourselves back in Napanee. By mistake I'd booked a king size online but really wanted 2 beds. He accommodated us which we happy about. This couple is very hardworking. I'm sure the wife has to clean all the rooms herself which is quite a feat. So if you happen to see something that isn't quite perfect, let it pass. Rooms for the most part are very clean where they need to be. The motel is slowly being renovated but definitely serves the purpose of an overnight stay. If I was ever in the area again I would just go back to stay hi and a quick chat even if I wasn't staying. PLUS the price was most reasonable.

It's a standard roadside motel, so I did not expect much. The room was very clean - kudos for that! The basics were there. It was easy to find and had good price. The guy at the reception desk was very nice.

The only thing - if you rent a room as a double, please, put nightstands on BOTH sides of the bed - it's a pain when one of the people sleeping doesn't have a place to put their glasses on.

There was no breakfast since covid. there was coffee but when we arrived downstairs there was none left, plus nobody at the desk. so we went out for coffee no big deal.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The restaurant and bar were not open, so we had to walk into town for dinner and drinks.

Masterson's was well appointed, nicely decorated and very clean. I used the location as a half way point for my motorcycle between basically Montreal and Toronto and it worked wonderfully. Nice welcome, friendly, parking right outside the window (even though I don't think I was supposed to, nobody said anything about it!) and great for a relaxing stop on the way. I'd go again, for sure.

Checking In. Apparently when I listened my guest on Booking.com it listed the GUEST name as the person that reserved the room when seeing it on the reservation side of the hotel. It took 15 minutes to sort it out, I even showed my reservation conformation email and number but that was not good enough.

Reasonable price, good location off the main highway. Close to gas stations and restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Would be helpful to have a lawn chairs to sit outside the doors

Clean room, comfortable bed, room was warm up on arrival. soaker tub was an added bonus, totally recommended after a long drive. Microwave was good.

No kettle or coffee in room. Hot water and coffee at breakfast worked fine.

Room is much better than the regular motel's. Very convenient location, between Prince Edward county and Station Mills.

.They have not resumed offering breakfast due to COVID. I did not see this statement when booking.
