I loved the character of the building, it was more interesting than a standard new hotel. Knowing the vintage of the building, it was easy to forgive the lack of more modern amenities. We will stay again!

The elevator wasn’t working and we had to park on the street overnight due to limited parking. However, the staff communicated that at check in and even offered to carry our bags to compensate for the elevator.

Central location, close to station and restaurants. Second time staying with you, and the room was smaller,and a little more expensive than last time. We had a good stay, thanks 😊 🙏.

What really was impressive was the way the staff went overboard to assist me as I was on a tight schedule. I had for warned them and they were well prepared. I really felt they really cared and wanted to do all they could. Professional customer service where my business was appreciated and acknowledged. Thank you very much for the privilege to respond. Room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking was limited, had to park in underground parking across the street on our second night. Crossing the street was difficult, especially with luggage on check out.

location right in downtown Guelph, classic old building, large room, quiet for being downtown

one curtain panel was not black out, very outdated, needs a major renovation. I also didn't like the fact that part of the hotel has long term renters

I have no complaints. Yes, the building is older, but it's clean and you can't beat the girls at the front desk. They helped me navigate transit and answered all my questions. It was perfect for what I needed, and I will be back.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The location and its instructions were inadequate. I had an incredible difficult time finding the entrance to the hotel as it is on a street not accessible by cars. The parking lot was small, and I found it after I called in several times. There are many street blockages ( I was told these were up only on weekends) due to restaurant patios being open. There was also limited movements due to the train/bus station right across the street. This hotel may need a person designated to help clients find its location and parking, which I found by accident.

The location was great! I needed a room on short notice as I was getting off the train around 11. Pm. Everything was good.

Price was too high but I needed a room ASAP so I took it.

Great location to have a boy's night out to see the Guelph Storm. Hotel located across the street. Free parking. Clean room and hotel. Great value but know your getting a Europe style hotel/hostel not a posh chain hotel. Dated hotel but very clean and a comfortable bed.

Had to wait as they went and physically inspected the rooms on departure. But if that keeps the price reasonable and ensures proper use of the hotel then it was a small inconvience.
