I had a comfortable, quiet room. The bed and bedding were of a good quality. Breakfast was the average continental breakfast and the coffee was decent.

I would of liked a place a little closer to the city center, but not knowing the area I feel that was my faulty research. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

My kids liked the water slide and the rooms were fairly clean. We had an accessible room and as such we had a lot of space. The room came with a whole kitchenette equipped with a full fridge, sink and microwave. The staff were pretty friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The manager was very rude. I tried to check in 30 minutes early, but the manager was the only one behind the desk and he told me no one is allowed to check in early because they had to rearrange the rooms. He was walking away from me as he was explaining this and wanted no part of speaking to me. He just kept walking away as he was speaking to me. The parking lot was empty and clearly there were not many people staying there at the time and as such there was likely at least one room ready. There were no staff behind the desk and I can only assume the manager didn’t want to check me in himself.

the pool and breakfast are wonderful. front desk manager was exceptional! she checked on everyone at breakfast from table to table.

didn’t like that the water slide was only open from 5-9. kids were in the pool all day for March break and they should have had it open for this particular week. many families booked the hotel for the pool and water slide. the hot tub needs to be checked - the jets worked randomly.

I loved the staff and they recognized me from last time. The hotel was so accommodating for my disability. They even put out a nice display of treats for my partner. Overall I'm so satisfied and happy about my stay. Thank you so much!

The only thing is the location. It's hard to get to and very far from the buses.

The room with two queen beds was extremely roomy! The bathroom was also a great size. The amount of desk space was appreciated.

The location is in what feels like an industrial park. Although quick to access from the highway, it wasn’t in the midst of restaurants and entertainment.

My stay was so accommodating and that really helps me out with 3 kids, a baby and being disabled. My family enjoyed everything but it was too bad the slide was closed. The shampoo and conditioner were amazing for my hair. Please let me know where I can purchase it.

Hotel lobby was welcoming when you walked in. Check in and check out were very smooth. Room was comfortable and cozy! Very family friendly hotel. Loved the welcome message on the tv!

Breakfast was extremely busy and was only available from 730-930. Our room felt clean but more attention to detail would go a long way.

We found the beds were too high off the ground. As an older visitor and short it didn’t feel very safe. The beds were clean and comfortable however. We were in room 207 and there was a room at right angles where the light was on all night and shining into our room through the window.
