The upgraded room we had at the Candle Suite. The cleanliness, the comforter, sheets, and pillows were amazing.

The breakfast. We booked a room at Super 8 the year before, and it was the same food quality. Disappointing. There was no staff to attend the eating area. Clients had to clean their tables. Not acceptable. Also, not environmental friendly at all. The milk was in individual cartons, not in jars. Cutlery was plastic. A lot of waste. Very bad.

Excellent, professional and quick service by the staff. Tidy and clean. Lots of USB sockets. Huge parking lots. More tables to put our luggages, oh I love the window with those blinds, safety box for valuables is a surprise for me! Aisle is bright with super abundance of lights. Food and drinks are really great!

Some black molds between the bathtub and the wall. The microwave is located too high for an average person. There's a possibility that might cause accidents wherein the food or liquid might be spilled on your customers. I'm 5' 6" and still too high for me. Dining area is a little bit small. TV has no TV guide where your guest can review the channels without difficulty and frustrations. The room fridge is located on the floor. For old people and with back problem, this location is a disaster.

The bed was very comfortable...nice, clean linen! Breakfast was average.

The floor in our room was filthy! There were sticky bits around the kitchenette area and when I wiped the floor with a wet tissue to remove my hair from the floor, the tissue was filthy with dirt! Disgusting! Not very many options when it comes to TV selections and the price to rent a movie was ridiculous!

Very clean, great use of energy saving, not too many cleaning product smells (I get migraines from a lot of hotels). Great location for getting to the highway and quiet neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Seems a popular tournament destination, so a lot of kids running around for tournaments but that's not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was good one day and mediocre another. Weekends seem better for food.

Kudos to the staff—-from the front desk to the breakfast staff—everyone was friendly and accommodating!!! The breakfast was very good and the room spacious. The whole hotel was kept extremely clean which was very much appreciated in times such as these.

The roll-in shower controls were confusing. One would assume the upper control would control the overhead shower and the lower control, the hand held—which was not the case. It would help if they were marked as to what each control was.

Really nice, new hotel. The room was great, clean and comfortable. It was great that it was pet-friendly (additional fee charged though). The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Could hear people talking in the next room. The options for breakfast were very limited - lots of bread but only only one type of meat (breakfast sausage) and a plain egg omelette.

Breakfast was very good for Covid but we could have used hash browns or potatoes. Mobility suite was so spacious and state of the art. The automatic blinds and blackout blinds were a great touch and when open the window was a wide screen view, very nice.

Strictness of protocols which prevent my healthy mother from using the gym on her own without anyone else present or watch my daughter in the pool. Gym was nice but very cramped even for 1 person so I could not do a bodyweight or tabata workout. Could use more lights in foyer area of the suite and a fan on washroom.

Clean and modern hotel with well designed room and facilities. Breakfast is fresh and hot! Love it!

Small pool, and they automatically checked you out really early. When I am having my breakfast, I found I completely lost the Wi-Fi connection, and it is just 8am. We won’t stay for the free Wi-Fi forever, please give everyone some more time to finish some work in the morning 😂

Absolutely new cozy hotel with amazing team doing all for your comfort. Small nice indoor swimming pool open from 6:00 am to 23:00 pm, amazing fresh breakfast with pancakes and omelet, and brand new rooms with coffee and microwave.

All restaurants and other buildings are in driving access (no walking).

Everything was very clean and updated. The room itself was spacious and there was a large area to put luggage so it didn’t have to be on the floor, as well as plenty of seating (so the whole family isn’t stuck sitting on the beds). Staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was great too!
