This is a wonderful small property located right in the centre of Niagara on the Lake. The hosts Kent and Elizabeth were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The breakfasts were exceptional with the best pancakes we have ever had in a restaurant or inn. There is a nice sitting area and breakfast room which is available to relax and look out on the gardens and the activity on the street. The on-site parking is a great extra as you are able to safely park your car and walk to shopping, restaurants, and both theatres for the Shaw Festival. Located in an historic house so don’t expect a gym or pool it is not that style of accommodation but excels in what is has to offer. Quiet and relaxed. Definitely a must visit again property.

Not one thing.

Despite delays in our flight and car hire, we were warmly met by Elizabeth and Kenton who were the best hosts. The Harrogate House Inn is absolutely lovely: rooms comfortable and marvelous breakfasts. Elizabeth and Kenton gave us lots of local information and even made a booking at a local restaurant for us. The location is also great being close to the 'high street' and within easy walking distance of the lake, etc.

Perfectly located within Niagara-on-the-Lake, Harrogate House Inn offers the comfort of a professionally-led, yet quiet privately-owned hotel - and much more such as an individual balcony and hassle-free parking. Having stayed for a week we particularly enjoyed the daily changing options of a generous breakfast. Thank you, Elisabeth and Kent, for your warm hospitality.

Owners Kent and Elizabeth are delightful hosts. Kent is a trained chef and breakfasts were superb. Wonderful outside sitting area, if you so choose for breakfast or relaxing during the day. Also, location is perfect for an easy walk to restaurants or downtown area.

If I get a little picky it would be we like having a fridge in our room. However, there was a community fridge available for keeping your wine or other beverages cool.

We loved our stay at the Harrogate House Inn! The hosts are lovely, our room and the Inn itself was comfortable, stylish, and inviting, and we ended it all with a great breakfast! You can tell that a lot of love and attention is put into all parts of their guests stay. We will definitely be back!

A very homely perfectly located property to explore Niagara on the Lake. Owners were kind, friendly and gave a very warm welcome.

Appreciate its location, however, it was very expensive. An extra slice of toast for breakfast would have been greatly appreciated.

Our room was amazing, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal not just because it was delicious but because it was included. Location could not have been better, just a block off the main shopping strip.

Nothing, everything as excellent! We needed extra coffee and milk in our room and it was no trouble to go down and ask for it.

Harrogate House was perfect in every way. The rooms were tastefully decorated, pristine and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent- perfect lattes, scrumptious croissants, homemade jams, eggs done just right, smoothies, avocado toast, and a pot of tea! All made for a memorable stay. Moreover, Harrogate House's proprietors, Elizabeth and Kent were wonderfully accommodating and full of delightful conversation and extensive knowledge of the Niagara region.

Very lovely breakfast. Fresh made baked goods; homemade jams and jellies; Homemade yogurt parfaits. The attentions to detail are there. The toilet paper is not the 1-ply crap you get even in some upscale hotels. They had a black washcloth which my wife used to remove her makeup (no one else has that).

Not sure what I didn't like. OK - you want me so say something negative. The cable went out for 5 minutes but they reset the box and it worked again.

Beautiful bed and breakfast. Close to the Main Street so it was a easy walk to everything. Owners of the B &B were amazing people. They were kind and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. We have made plans to return.
