The pool was extremely clean and well managed with amazing staff members, the rooms were in phenomenal condition and were unkept nicely as well. The area is safe and family friendly with a playground accessible for children at any point in time! Over all, extremely beautiful and accommodating space and will be staying again.

I wish there were more activities or events on the resort, i.e a volleyball court, basketball court, fire area for s’mores, there should also be a shuttle or bus to take you to the bigger area where the main events are as Travel is a little bit difficult when going back and fourth between horseshoe valley and the main resort where you’re staying

From check in to check out this place did not disappoint. Friendly staff let us check in early, very spacious rooms with sink and and everything you need; toaster, coffee maker, ceramic mugs, cutlery, spatulas, dish soap, new sponge, full paper towel roll, large bathroom, king bed with queen pull out sofa that was memory foam. A true home away from home.

Having a restaurant on site, but Crazy Horse in Horseshoe valley is a 5 min drive away.

it’s not far for me to get to.

the room was 90* when we arrived,thermostat batteries had extra tin foil wedged in to make connection?wtf?complained right away but was over a hour till maintenance man arrived,he began to explain the real problem as to why the temperature was so hot,it was shut off valves in furnace room left open!another wtf.took hours for room to become manageable to stay even with air conditioning on and windows open.beside all the animal feces on the decks everywhere we managed to have a fun time.thankfully it wasn’t busy and seemed to have the resort to ourselves.

Friendly, helpful staff; compensation for an amenity that was supposed to be included in our rooms but was not; close proximity to the Nordic Spa where a few of us spent most of one of the days making it convenient for us to walk there

Some kind of rug on the floors so that it felt more comfortable and screens in the windows/door leading to the balcony so that we could open our windows and enjoy the wonderfully fresh air.

I liked that the room was so big and didn't feel cramped with 4 people in there. And the area was beautiful.

I didn't get to explore or use the amenities because I was staying there for the All Your Friends Festival. So, I didn't find anything that I didn't like. It would've been nice to have fresh towels each day.

This is our second year staying with Carriage Ridge for boots and hearts and we have had amazing experiences both times! Facilities are clean and spacious, the location is perfect and the staff are wonderful! We will be staying here every year we go to boots and hearts! Love it so much!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

The room was spacious and pretty clean. The bathroom was large and it was nice having a balcony. We enjoyed our stay and the people at the front desk were great! Everyone was very nice and helpful:)

Maybe a mat at the front door when u walked into unit. Help with not bringing in the sand and dirt. Maybe a toaster. There was nothing we didn’t like just a suggestion.

We didn’t have any breakfast at the resort, we went to local restaurant nearby.

The only thing that could have been better was the balcony in our room had signs of a dog being there, there was a bit of dog droppings.

always really clean and the unit in good shape. you can tell although old, the quality of the unit and the furnishings withstand the test of time and heavy usage. beds are super comfortable and really love the size of the unit. LOTS of space and super functional. the fireplace heats right up and is a great feature.

more cleaning supplies, and maybe a little better quality papertowel and toilet paper. No instructions on what is expected at check out... do they want linens in the wash? the place swept up? maybe matts for boots and hooks for ski equipment. also a gate that opens out to the back on the lower level untis.

resort was clean and well maintained. Front desk was friendly, room was nice and clean.

Just a suggestion, solar lighting on the room number signs. When we arrived we couldn’t see cause it was dark. Maybe a frequent/ return visitor points or incentive for return customers!
