Allure Hotel & Conference Centre, Ascend Hotel Collection

The room was clean, well maintained. The balcony was nice though it was chilly so we didn’t get to use it much! The pool was closed when we arrived, but we got to use it early in the morning before we had to go. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is clean, bright and kept well.

Not that I didn’t like, but it does seem to be rather spread out, with stairs and walking to get to rooms. We didn’t mind this! But if people have mobility issues, you may want to book a room with parking lot access, or one with an elevator.

We went to see my brother-in-law and his family in Barrie for the weekend with my in-laws. We had adjoining rooms, with a good in house restaurant/bar, with a decent pool. The location is also close to many of the places we were going in Barrie. This hotel has large grounds - great for kids to play outside.

The shower made some weird sounds, and kids playing in the halls was a little annoying, but it didn't continue for long. Also the pillows were way to soft for my liking - but I fell asleep so they were fine.

was very clean and well maintained. Easy to get to and close to many admenities. Easy access to Hwy 400 for anyone travelling. We did not use the pool, but it looked very clean and well maintained. The gardens and kawns were very nice. We had a balcony off our room which was lovely for relaxing in the evening and in the morning with coffee. Definately would stay here again.

I loved how accommodating the staff was. In our original room we ended up finding ants and when it was brought up to the front desk staff, they immediately switched us to a new room. I also ended up leaving my airpods at the hotel and I found the staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve them.

The hotel could benefit from some deep cleaning where once a quarter the tables and beds are pulled out from the walls and everything is wiped down. The hotel is also a little confusing to navigate, but we got the hang of it eventually.

We loved the friendly staff and the comfortable beds. The place was clean and close to many restaurants in walking distance.

There was a security door that was opened on the ground level even though the top level required our room key cards to get in. And the internet was not good at all. Ww were unable to connect on any of our devices no matter what they were.

The breakfast was excellent on Sunday morning but I was a little disappointed that it was not open on Monday. The location is ok but it was difficult to find in the dark because the sign was not illuminated and small.

The staff are always friendly, the rates are great, the rooms are always clean. Every time we book at this hotel we know we are going to have a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and when I called to get more coffee in the room they just brought us pods, no cups or condiments. These are just small inconveniences tho, our stay was great overall!

I had to rent another room, my Grandaughter and new born baby drove to Barrie to pick up her husband from rehab, there was not enough room for all of us, so I rented another room, I was charged as a walk-in and I don't feel the price was fair.The bathroom was not finished and the shower curtain and towels were on the bed. I just feel that since I rented one room already that I could have been given a better price.

Very nice hotel. King size bed was amazing! Very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic! Our server was friendly and even let us take food for the road. Looking forward to our next visit

I found that the hot water in the shower was lacking big time. After a long day of work and a long drive for a night out, a hot shower would have been nice.

For the price this place is actually great, very clean and beda were very comfortable and having the balcony was great . It's just a little outdated carpeting but it was clean and cozy and the restaurant with a patio right next door is one of the best restaurants I've been to in awhile. I will definitely be staying here again
