Quiet place,good location,clean and good blvalye for the money.

I didn’t like that I need to request service for the room to be cleaned.This shouldn’t be a request,this should be done like before this so called pandemic came .Cleaning the room and changing towels should be included in the package we payed for the acomodation.Yes,there was no extra charge once we asked for service but I believe that should be part of the service you get by staying at any hotels.Yes,there was notes inside the room but ,if I am in vacation I prefer getting all info when I register .If guest aren’t happy to have someone entering the room they should request that ,not the other way around.

The size of our room was great, we booked a room with two queen sized beds. Room also had a small table to eat at, desk, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, tv and still space for my kids to move around Pet friendly with $20.00 pet fee - we had our cat Clean Free parking right outside of the hotel Staff were super friendly Lots of options around for restaurants - dairy queen and subway within walking distance Breakfast included - was our best we had throughout our trip from PEI to Alberta. Flavouree syrups for your coffee,prepackaged items like pancakes, French toast if you were in a hurry and a highchair for my little guy We used their laundry services $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry and they had laundry detergent and dryer sheets available for purchase as well!

The hotel was in a great location as we were primarily in town to do the Agawa Canyon train tour which was about 10min away. It was also near to a variety of food options. The room was clean and looked like it had been recently redecorated. The bed was very comfortable and the room had lots of space to move around in. Breakfast was available at this location and had enough options for us.

We didn’t like the sink outside of the washroom for the fact that your hands are potentially dirty after using the facilities and you open the bathroom door to clean your hands. Also the key cards were a little tricky in that you had to insert the card at just the right speed or the door wouldn’t open.

We had to wait for our truck at Ford and it was much longer than we expected. We were travelling with our 3 year old son and cat across Canada. They accommodated us and let us stay in the room past checkout time until our truck was ready! This was a massive help on this long journey with a child and pet! Excellent customer service. Extremely clean. Lots of breakfast options, even gluten free section. There isn’t anything they haven’t thought about. Everything was provided. Best stay yet on this long haul!

I liked that they were pet friendly and they provided many pet disposal buckets around the property to make cleaning up after your pet easy. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Great location as well.

The only thing I didn’t care much for was the butt out stations by the doors. Makes people think smoking right by the doors is ok, while we have to walk through the smoke and smell to walk inside.

Clean and very spacious. The space is bigger than the regular size room hotel we have nowadays. Good breakfast and accommodating personnel.

I am very particular with the cleanliness specially with the sheets and beddings. So far, they did not disappoint me. Happy with the cleanliness and good staff

The staff at check were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean . The bed was very comfortable. It was easy to get to and from the Agawa Canyon Train Depot. I liked the french toast and the selection of juice.

We stayed 2 nights and the toilet in our room was leaking so it was running all night both nights. The ice machine was broken.

Comfortable room on the ground floor. In spite of the parking lot in front of the window, the room was really quiet. Clean and well kept. Good breakfast choices. Parking was easy and close by. Staff was super friendly and responsive.

I had underestimated the distance to downtown Sault St.Marie. Other than that - nothing to complain about.

This hotel allows pets, this is the main reason why I booked it. Although we are very responsible owners, other people are not, we were disturbed by a dog howling and barking until very late at night...so it kind of ruined the stay for us.

Stayed in room 215 with 2-queen beds: comfortable, quiet, very good beds, good location of the hotel, good room layout. Windows that open to let fresh air inside!

Breakfast was rather disappointment due to absence of proteins and vegetables. Except for a tiny yogurt there was really nothing to replenish the main nutritional element. Even smaller hotels offer eggs (individually packed or hard boiled in shells) and real cheese (I do not consider offered cheese spread Philadelphia a cheese - read the tag what it is made of).
