Best part of this hotel is the awesome breakfast options, I have seldom seen so much breakfast options as they have. Easily you can skip lunch if you take breakfast slight late around 10 am The Hotel is also located just opposite to ferry port near to the Lapad beach. Bus stop is just opposite to the hotel. Amazing view of the port from the hotel balcony. Parking 15 euros per day if you want to keep your car here. Room also nice and comfortable. All in all superb hotel option in Dubrovnik around 3 kms from Old Town of Dubrovnik.

No negative point except the fact that it is slightly far from the Old town of Dubrovnik. However, the bus 1A takes just 10 mins to reach Pile Gate from here.

Friendly, well organised, good english communication at reception / check-in. Lovely rooms with stunning balcony view for not only me & hubby, but also my brother & sister-in-law were made available on special request (celebration of my 50th). Breakfast included (optional) is definitely worth the money - delish!! Aircon 👍🏻 We left from hotel Petka to join a cruise to Split, so the location right across from the harbor is excellent!!

Strange to find only sheets and no duvet / blanket at first, BUT realised it's not necessary in Aug as it was really really Hot Summer Weather. Elevators are small, so patients is needed... but 👏 for having them!

Excellent location for us as we arrived and left on the ferry from Bari, and used the bus from the main bus station. The bus stop outside the hotel is only a 10 minute journey to the old town. We stayed twice - on our arrival from Bari and the evening before the ferry left for Bari the following week. The breakfast is very good, and serves from 7 a.m. so those leaving early can still have breakfast before leaving. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel on early morning arrival on the ferry and check in later in the day.

There is no restaurant, but plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is a good quality, clean, spatious, professionall hotel, rather far of the citycenter of Dub. witch can sound bad, But I cant think of a better location if you are getting on the boat to Bari, both by car and by foot! Ferryoffice, boarding, etc. everything is a matter of 2 minutes.! And in the same breath there is a practical busstop also simple meters from the hotel in to magical Dubrovnic in about ten. The staff are realy helpfull and effective and makes your visit even better. My recs for travelers!

There are no probs here... maybe not so "romantic"?

This was our second stay at the Hotel on our trip around Croatia. We were leaving from the port the next day so the location was excellent for us. On our visit the previous week, and there is already a review for that visit, we found the hotel well placed for the bus to the old town, main bus station. The airport shuttle bus stops at the main bus station nearby, so good for us as we flew from Zagreb back to Dubrovnik, and took the shuttle bus back to the main bus station. On this occasion, we had a room overlooking the sea, which was wonderful.

This hotel is situated by the Dubrovnik port. We chose this hotel to be a little closer to the modern section of the city, with many stores and restaurants in walking distance. It is a quick bus or taxi ride to the old city. Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms, and budget friendly. There is a buffet breakfast with many choices, for vegans fruit and bread are the main options. The hotel restaurant on the patio was a great space to relax and enjoy food and drinks.

The staff was super accommodating and helped me with some printing when I needed it. The breakfast was plentiful, and it was lovely to enjoy it on the terrace. Location was close to bus station for when it was time to arrive and leave town. Mountain view out of my window.

The single bed was small for a tall person like me. Location was further from the attractions of old town. Hotel has the air of something that used to be grander at another time.

We had a lovely room, clean and comfortable with the most amazing views I have ever seen, we were on the Marina with all the boats and yachts and it was beautiful day and night, at night the lights were stunning. Also the hotel have the most helpful and lovely staff ever. A big mention to Frano, an absolute legend and Niksa, and the girls in the restaurant! Milijana, Matea and Marianas. All really lovely ladies. ❤️ This hotel is a perfect location, right by the ferry port. Bus stop across the road and a bus station only around 7 minutes walk.

I can't think of anything I didn't like, rooms need a little updating but it wasn't an issue

Stayed for 2 nights en route back from Korcula. Hotel is right opposite the ferry terminal, so ideal, especially when you arrive late, as we did. Plus its a 10 min walk to the Airport Shuttle station. Buses into the Old Town stop almost outside. Staff very friendly, rooms are ok, but a little dated.

Breakfast fare needs attention. On display both mornings were pears gone brown and fresh pineapple pieces dried out and brown. But apart from that, a good selection of food. There is only one tea and coffee station, the hotel gets very busy so this causes a bottleneck in this area. It was the same when we stayed here a few years ago. There needs to be another hot drinks station positioned at the other end, during the busy season.

The receptionists are very friendly, I wish we knew his name during our stay. He gave us take away breakfast when we have to leave for a tour very early in the morning. The location is great, it is not noisy. The ferry port and bus stops are very accessible. Like really at the front of the hotel. You can get easily everywhere. We had a very comfortable stay… The breakfast is very good and the coffee is better than I expected because of the reviews. We really appreciate their efforts.

The room was a little bit dusty but it’s okay(for us) we are not that sensitive, nobody’s perfect. I would suggest that it would also be nice if there is a table at the balcony so the guest could also enjoy more the beautiful view.
