The garden is spacious with many plants, as are the pool area and the restaurant. It's truly excellent compared to most other downtown hotels. We were grateful to be upgraded to a room with a sea view. Breakfast was a standard buffet with some fruit for dessert. What really surprised us was dinner. Each day featured a different cuisine buffet (Cyprian, Mediterranean, Asian, Tex-Mex) with fruits and cakes. The bus station is right in front of the hotel.

Happy hour for cocktails (50% off) is from 6 to 7 PM, which isn't very practical since most people are either still at the beach or just returning and getting ready for dinner. It would make much more sense to have happy hour 2-3 hours later. Additionally, the drink prices at the hotel don't match the overall pricing. For example, you can have a really good lunch at the Marina hotel for 15€, but a standard Greek coffee Frappe costs over 4€. In my opinion, drinks should be more affordable. Gaming room should be improved.

Everything. From reception desk, agile cleaning ladys to a staff in restaurant and especially The chef. My second visit showed me some improvements in hotel facilities but there is always space for improvements, beds for instance. Hotel is with soul because of people who work there. There is a children and biger swimming poll, single rooms and family, all spacious. This time I used vaucher for dinners and it is very testy buffet. And price is excellent. Last stop in Aya Napa of Intercity buses from Larnaca and Lefkosia is in front of hotel.

The staff is very kind. The beach was close. Nice quiet area.

Very good value for money. Room was clean, confortable and big, with an huge terrace sea+ pool view. Breakfast has been very good for both quality and there were many options of food, such sweet and salty local pastries, omelette,eggs,sausages, fruits, yogurts, marmelades,cornflakes & many options of cofees and juices. Staff was kind and helpful. Location is good, in front of the lovely Sculpture park, where you can enjoy a nice walk at both sunset and daily times; also few minutes walking from Love Bridge. Is just a bit outside from the Aya Napa town centre, reachable in approx 30 minutes walking/ 5 minutes by car.

it really exceeded my expectation, cos situation and hotel was way better than it was seemed in the photos on their booking page. We had included breakfast too and it was a great decision, cos there was so many kind of dishes, fruits, vegetables, drinks and bakery, they were preparing everything in their kitchen and everything was really delicious and quantity - more than enough. Stuff was super kind, very positive and attentive. Cleaning was included every morning. Hotel is next to "Sculpture Park", sea and several beaches are near the hotel ( you can walk)). Also there is "Love Bridge" in a few minutes walk way.. Our room was "garden view", but on the side there was good view of the see too.

The only deffect of hotel was so many ants in the room.

We loved the location, free car parking in front of the hotel, table tennis option and super kind staff 🙏 (receptionists and cleaning service staff). The breakfast was OK with nice and big terrace where you could enjoy your first meal. We even got an upgrade to a SW room in 4th floor which was fantastic 😊 Thanks a lot for that! The room was big enough and with a comfortable bed.

Maybe after a few days could be more variety of a sweet corner ( in 6 nights there was every day a marble cake). I am also not a fan of vending coffee machine, a filter one would do 🙈 The hallway on the 4th floor had moldy smell.

Very good value for money. Location - a bit further from Ayia Napa center, more quite region. Pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast simple, but tastes good, especially omelette. All needed facilities in the hotel - pool, gym, laundry room, tennis court, leisure rooms. One of the best prices for hotel with breakfast in Ayia Napa.

Seems that it's allowed to smoke in the rooms, It can be felt in the hallway. Overall cleaning quality is good and daily, but could be little better. Bed mattress is too hard.

I highly recommend this hotel, very good breakfast buffet, very clean, beds so comfortable. The staff was more than kind and helpful. The pool in the front was very clean, warm. Will stay here again for sure.

You can see that some of the things in the hotel are a little outdated, like the room door, ac unit...

Very large room and bathroom. Our room on the first floor had a huge terrace, overlooking to the pool and the sea. Position of hotel suited me, because it is on a hill with fresh air and near a sculpture park, 10-15 minutes from the beach. Very close to the local bus lines and Inter city so from airport to hotel takes about 2h with one change. Management is trying to refresh hotel and rooms. All best to the cleaning ladies they are really hard workers. Do not expect luxury but a decent hotel for affordable price.

There is always something but if you want more it costs much, much more.
