Everything were perfect. We have the compliment from hotel, our room was changed to high class. Area of hotel very beautiful and large. Breakfast is very nice! Bed and pillows were nice.

many bugs and cockroaches in the room. needs to do better pesticide. the first day we arrived the room wasnt very clean also we asked few times to come and clean no one arrived. the next day they clean it

there were so many problems with our rooms on the night of arrival the shower pressure was weaker than an infant’s urination, a thin film of dust covered everything, a kettle with a continental European plug was supplied, the landline phone the hotel supplied had no dial tone as the wall phone socket was busted all symptoms of long shutdown I suspect. as these problems are usually picked up as they happen by guests staying but as an extended absence of tourists kicked in, problems accumulated without anyone knowing or notified so… I walked to the front desk (as the phone didn’t work) and laid out the litany of problems to the staff within 15 mins, workmen began to arrive to attempt rectify the problems. I must say I was already impressed by the effort and sincerity the problems unfortunately weren’t resolved by the next day and we were moved to another room which had none of the problems in fact, I must especially highlight the shower. it had a near luscious waterfall feel to it breakfast was also another highlight. the wait staff at the restaurant serving breakfast are truly brilliant. helpful and more importantly, takes pride in their work and what the hotel serves. a special shout out to Lucy from Cameroon, the housekeeping staff that took care of us on the first few days

the children play area could be much cleaner, there are a lot of birds on the property, and the birds do defecate everywhere also, both rooms I stayed in, the black out curtains were not long enough to meet in the middle. very strange

Nice rooms, 2-3 pools to choose from and good variety breakfast.

We have been going to the Aliathon since my daughter was 1y. She is now 9 and we've been going every year, booking 2-3 rooms each time for family and friends. It is rather disappointing that because of their TUI collaboration we cannot stay closer to the splash pool and have to walk a considerable distance with small kids to get there. Also, the breakfast was at a different place for the non-TUI guests. We were not aware of this prior to arrival. Also, the entertainment catered mostly to TUI guests. Overall, they should reconsider this policy as we feel like second-rate customers.

Breakfast was ok, The location was ok, The room was wonderful, the pools were great, a lot of different pools to choose from which is nice, the TV had Israeli channels and it was a lovely suprise, great for the price we paid.

We didn't have wifi in our first room, took them 1.5 day to move us and we needed to ask 5 times until we someone helped us with that issue, which was very slow, the room key stopped working one time, no hot tub, no hot Jacuzzi, the spa was way too expansive, the bus lines are horrible but that's a Paphos problem I guess.

Clean, breakfast, kind staff

The resort was pretty , modern and clean. close to bus route to Paphos and airport and waterpark.

lack of information re being able to eat on restaurants that were for all inclusive . we booked 3 apartments 1 bed superior . all exactly the same but one had a balcony where the view was non existent blocked by a massive bushy tree. self catering - no toaster , lots of ants. the supermarket which is the only one in the area apart from Paphos harbour , is Extremely expensive - 5.95 euro for a tub of spread ! we were there for a wedding - daughter in all inclusive Ionian part along with lots of wedding guests and the hotel did nothing special for them to celebrate their wedding which was disappointing .

Perfect as always , Best buffet in Cyprus

We live in Cyprus and we booked this Resort as a little family get away for the weekend something cheap and cheerful, we did not expect it to be as good as it was, the Resort is located near other hotels and mini super markets along with restaurants, it's a beautiful Resort the whole lay out is so eye catching, the pool is relaxing throughout the day, we didn't have food on the hotel as we were out for meals but i assume it would be great, the Apartment are nice and modern over all i think this Resort is a brilliant place the staff were so helpful and welcoming
