Breakfast was exceptional - catering for every taste and the produce was really good. You could even pick up things like extra milk and coffee for your room - should you run out. There were lots of hotel facilities and they were well thought through - even a shoe cleaner in the lobby. Staff were friendly and the prices really fair for what you get. We had been left stranded due to a flight cancellation and the staff were so supportive. We found a diamond... when we were left scrabbling around for a hotel.

The location is a little walk from the nearest metro - but not too far. About 10 mins.

The location was very good, with a bus stop right across the street. There is also a paid garage on site, which was helpful when looking for parking. The room had a nice size and everything was very clean. The breakfast spread was good and staff, especially at the bar, were very friendly.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so every surface is a bit moist after a shower and the towels don’t dry to well.

the staff were all very friendly and nothing seemed to be any trouble to ask for - they printed my boarding pass arranged taxis on time and were very attentive - the free drink for not requesting the room make up - was a welcome gesture - others should do more on this - the welcome drink of fruit water was very encouraging as were the sweets and biscuits - these are all touches that make a difference . The breakfast was a good coverage of food - restaurant dinner well served and tasty dishes

Very small the tomatoes for breakfast were over baked _ could not eat them - I was in a hurry so had not time to poit this out - but overall good breakfast thank you

The hotel is quite modern. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious, with a lot of different options. The lounge level bar stayed open until late. The price was convenient.

The room was perhaps a bit too small, but still quite comfortable. There were only two elevators to the room floors, which meant that we often had to wait for a long time.

The rooms were excellent, very comfortable and good. The TV is also of good size and the room offered a small fridge. They even had a small, very comfortable desk on which you could work, with normal eu plug in or also several USB ports.

The bed was quite thin, so you often had the feeling of almost falling out of it. But this might be a personal preference. Other than that I had nothing to complain about. The hotel is very good and I do recommend it.

The breakfast is excellent. A large variety of food and beverages (also vegan and gluten free). Unfortunately I didn't know it was possible to ask for an omelet. I found out because I saw someone else with it after I finished my breakfast.

The matras was ok for me, but not the best. During the night there were some people outside (on the terrace) talking really loud. The steam bath was broken (I think). I slept at the same hotel 7 days earlier and it didn't work then.

We stayed three nights at the NH Altona. The hotel is well organized and offers everything you need during a short vacation. Accomodating staff, comfortable rooms. A proper breakfast is served until 11:00. The hotel is very convenietly located. It was easy to reach the city center and other locations by bus. There are a couple of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Thank you staff and the alley cat Fiona for a great stay!

nice room comfy beds, good shower with nice toiletries. buffet breakfast had good choice of food . hotel is on bus routes into city centre .

disappointed that steam room wasn’t working, no indoor space to sit and relax in leisure area on top floor. there was an outdoor roof top space with 4 loungers but too cold to use in February!

The minute we walked in, we were greeted by a happy smiling face in Felix. Our reception couldn’t have been better!! We were even offered an available room as we were before our check in time. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Lovely hotel and I will certainly visit again.

Only thing that put a dampener on our trip was a misunderstanding about the breakfast. We were billed €18 each after being told it was available. A small mix up which could have been easily rectified.

Receptionists were exteremely friendly and helpful. One came even outside to show us the parking place. Rooms very peaceful and clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows best I have had and I have travelled 30 countries! We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I can't write anything about it. Highly recommend this place!

View from the window was not good but that's what you get in the city. Toilet didn't have lock.
