The men at the reception were very friendly, helpful and super polite. The room was clean and the breakfast was good with a wide range of options. This hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from Termini Station.

Everything was ok but shower curtains would make the bathroom better.

It's an old building and the facilities are outdated but they keep it clean and no problem to use. I stayed in the double room alone and it felt like home I can say. The beds are very comfortable and had great sleep during my stay. You can hear the flush next door but not too loud. I had a bathtub in my room it was great to have a bath before sleep after a long walk. The lady who served breakfast was very friendly I think the most friendly person I met so far. Because of her positive attitude and delightful tone of voice, I started my days a lot happier and gained so much positive energy. They allowed me to leave my bag after check-out so I could go for a short walk around the market.

It would be better if they vacuumed the floor each day. Because of the wooden floor, not Like carpet, you can see the dust easily. Proper vacuuming is needed.

We had a disaster regarding our travel plans to Milan via train from Paris. We opted to go to Rome 2 days early and 1 email to the hotel meant it was easy to extend our booking for the hotel. The staff were very approachable, friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and set us up well each day for exploring Rome. Great location for Termini Train Station and lots of mini supermarkets or restaurants that catered for our needs. Would happily stay there again and would recommend to others.

lack of tea & coffee facilities.... no glasses provided. very very few niggles.

The location is very good, you can walk from Termini station, there are a lot of convenience stores nearby additionally there is a laundromat very close to the hotel you can use, as the hotel does not have laundry service

There was no appropriate lightening, as my room was on the second floor and it opened on some balcony, to which seemingly other people had access too, so I had to keep it closed all the time. When opening the windows, the very bad smell probably was coming form the kitchen of the hotel.

We liked the location as it was very central and easy for us to travel to from the train station. The standard at the hotel for cleanliness was outstanding and we were impressed with the service, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and had all of the amenities we were expecting.

I don't think there was anything we particularly didn't like, the only observation was the limited choice for vegan options at breakfast, although when we spoke to staff they did look into this and provide some food!

Location is really good, near to Termini Station, wich is very good to walk through the city. Room was comfortable and very clean.

There were two people in the reception area when we arrived. Ludovica treated us very well and addressed all our needs. However, the other person (Sofia) did not receive us as warmly. We believe this is an area for improvement.

Main good points of stay in the hotel: 1) 24 hour check-in - in the Termini railway station only few hotels provide such service 2) Clear room interior 3) Good noise insulation of the room - no noise from the street 4) Good placement of hotel - 5 min walk from Termini station

Areas for improvement - please 1) add tea for breakfast - some people don't drink coffee 2) more loaylty for clients - if you promised on room booking double bed pleasee provide it

Perfectly clean, changing towels and making the room every day. Good breakfast. So close to the Termini station which has a good connection to all atractions. Big bath in the barhroom.

Coffee from the breakfast spot was not permitted to take it to the room.

exceptionally clean and pleasant room. little bit small but was all I needed for one night starting on my own. I was very impressed by how clean the bathroom was, it's one on the cleanest I've ever seen. nice to have a small fridge in the room even though the room was small, it's been kitted out in a way that means you don't lose out on functionality which is great, really keeps it's value for the price. The lady on reception was very helpful when I asked for advice on directions and how to buy a bus ticket. She was efficient with check in and out too. breakfast was included and provided a decent option with a bit of variety, again good value for the price paid overall

room was a little small but fine for one guest. also slightly on dark side but i was only there in the evening so no issue with that either really

Great location, easy to get to from the airport and close to various public transport options. Not too far to walk to some of the sights (bout 20 mins to Trevi fountain) The room was clean, staff were friendly and happy to answer questions I had about public transport, attractions etc. Handy to have a fridge in the room (good for storing leftover antipasti from dinner :D) Reasonable value for the location for a short stay.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, it was two singles pushed together, which I understand is common in hotels, but they should have been covered with an extra mattress layer or something because you could feel the split down the middle.
