The hotel is not centrally but well located and is closely situated to the stations of two subway lines. All main sights of Nagoya are reachable within approx. 15 min. to 30 min. The hotel provides a 3 star plus experience, meaning everything is clean, everything works - you get a good but very simple stay, which was OK for me. For 4 stars and a real good experience the room would have been needed to be larger and a tiny bit better equipped. However, everything else was fine. The staff is friendly and helpful, the WiFi worked flawlessly, in the lobby you get tea and coffee free-of-charge, you can also get some manga comics there. The room was small, simple but clean (including the bathroom). The breakfast options were OK but a bit limited. You could choose between a Japanese-style breakfast and a Western-style breakfast. The price/performance ratio of the hotel was excellent.

The room could have been more spacious and better equipped. The breakfast restaurant is simple but not very cozy.

I like that there are complementary such as soaps, body scrubs, lotions available at the lobby. I feel like shopping when I was picking them. Moreover, there seemed to be a lot of fans of foreign singers coming to check-in on that day. So, the hotel played Korean songs for them to listen to. I saw that the fans were very impressed and danced along. Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful! As I don't speak Japanese, one of the receptionist used a tiny translator machine to communicate with me. (I feel really sorry)

The air in the room is stuffy and not ventilated. But because I was very tired, I slept well. And there is no fridge in the room as I remeber.

The location from the station. The hotel is located near 2 stations, however, if you bring big & many luggage like me, it was pretty hard to access because you need to choose the farther station (because it has elevator access). But if you go from the closer station, it only has stairs and we have to cross through the upper bridge, which I thought was pretty inconvenient (and I didn't know about this before, hehe)

The staff was incredibly friendly and also shipped my luggage to my residence. Everything was really just spot on for the cost-to-quality. Restaurant is simple but lovely, offering local specialties.

My laundry wasn't done due to holidays. Not the hotels fault but I would've liked to know in advance before handing it in, since I could have brought it elsewhere.

The location. There are a great many variety of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. We loved the buffet breakfast of Japanese traditional dishes. Near train station with direct line going to Nagoya Station (just one stop). The bath salts were awesome, so even though the property did not have an onsen on site, taking a hot bath was a good alternative.

The location is good and it is easy to find. I liked the assortment of toiletries available in the lobby. Also, we were in town for a concert, and the hotel played that group’s music in the elevator, which was nice of them.

It is a little dated, and the bed was too firm for me. But the value is very good.

Property has free coffee in the lobby.

It is not clear in the property that a child which is supposedly free is not included in the breakfast. I could not even request for a change in room feom smoking to non smoking.

staffs unable to speak english. Even could not understand the message on the credit card machine which was written in english. They tried to use translator device but it got worst. Better to use google translate apps to communicate with them. Clothes iron that they provide was leaking.

Excellent location in the middle of the town, close to the nightlife, comfy room with a big bed, very nice staff.

It was not easy to find the entrance couse there were some construction works in the main hall and the main door was closed.
