This hotel is has everything to offer. Restaurant and bar on site. Central pool for all the action or a smaller one for quiet relaxing time. The hotel staff are attentive and want to ensure you are enjoying yourself. Location is walking distance to grocery store, duty free shops, restaurants. Hotel offers taxi service pick up at airport (for a fee) and driver is easily located just outside the terminal. Shuttle bus to their sister hotel on the beach is free and well worth the 5 minute drive. I would return and hope to again in the future.

Room was very bright in the morning - would have been nice to have sun-blocking curtains as we woke up very early each day. We would have liked to have slept in a bit longer.

The hotel and resort were beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive and overall the rooms were great. Nice varied selection at breakfast and tasty food. The sister hotel the Bay Gardens Resort had a great beach with not too many people, so was able to get loungers and umbrellas.

The Extra charges not stated until check out. Would have been good to have been told about them from the moment you book. Or even during the check in process. Was charged an extra $190 USD at checkout. Lucky we had it, or this could have been really awkward. There should be clear communication from booking and the hotel that these bookings do not include: Room rate package, Resort fee, Tourism accommodation fee per adult, Service Charge 13%, VAT 7%

Breakfast was great, there was good variety and choice. Location in terms of proximity to shopping center and beach was excellent. Shuttle service to and from hotel and other facilities was exceptional, always on time. Information and ALL staff interaction was on point.

The hotel is dated hence the common areas do appear to be a little uninviting. Generally all that is urgently required is a general sprucing up and a change of the decor in areas like reception, the main dining room and the bar.

The hotel is central, I like the village style with a secluded pool by the mango tree in the back. The front desk staff is excellent. Special shoutout to Nathaniel and to the young lady whose name I can't remember, who used to work at Spice of India.

I didn't appreciate being put in room #301, the room has practically no window and was so dark, to the point that I think I forgot my car keys in the safe since I couldn't see them.

I ended up staying here 11 nights. It's well run.The rooms are very clean.Strong wifi.Good air con.No shabbiness anywhere. Breakfast was ok.I appreciated they had soy lattes ,oatmeal ,dried plums ,fish and baked beans-in addition to the usual offerings. The front desk staff were consistently helpful and friendly. Taxis stand 20 yards from reception. The walk to the nearest beach is 15 pleasant minutes. Hotel has a shuttle,but I never used it.

It is not an elegant place. Adequate,but not a honeymoon or romantic hotel. Functional.Practical.Adequate. Many rooms face a busy,noisy(motorcycles) road.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, that and the beautiful gardens made the hotel really stand out. The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. The free shuttle service is a real bonus - we used it a lot to get to and from the beach, where we got free sunbeds and umbrellas. The wifi password is Welcome to Paradise, and that pretty much sums it up.

There were a couple of minor issues with towels not being replaced in our room, but so minor that we didn't feel the need to complain. The restaurant is a little limited for lunches and dinners, and on the expensive side. There were a couple of awful entertainers we avoided by eating out.

I really, really appreciate that they have finally changed the check- in process to electronic. It used to be long & time consuming & nobody wants that after traveling all day.

Well firstly, nobody has responded to the review i left 2 years ago. So im not sure if anyone will even read this review. For the buffets the cooks & hotel should be ready & able to provide a protein source for VEGANS other than dry rice & sautéed vegetables or beans. Especially if a guest is staying multiple days. That gets unappealing really quickly.

the hotel amenities and the location was excellent.

The room was quite small and I thought we were going to get a suite since we were in the suite section, but we were the only ones that did not get a suite. It was facing the street and was very load with sirens and cars going by.

From start I felt welcome and at ease very genuine friendly staff clean I have only one tiny minor issue that the food being a caribean Ireland should contain a little bit more spice ,I am a chef for over 35 years ,besides that we enjoyed your hospitality so much my wife and I, we are now looking to return next year ,thank you and keep up the good works

As a head chef ,my meal having more flavours like I lhad lamb chops which was chewy with absolute ly no seasoning on it

Good location, some of the where really nice and friendly and some where not bothered to even smile back. But good value for money

I booked for me and my son which is 1 years old and was given a bedroom on the first floor which was not convenient at all with the buggy every time I had to go in and out it was a hassle to go down the stairs. Rhe cleaning of the room was really basic the shower were not done properly.
