I read the reviews prior to booking and thought I'd take the chance. I was pleasantly surprised it was nothing like the negative reviews. If I were like some of the Karen's in other reviews I could have noted that a small piece of grout was missing at the base of the tub. Nothing wrong with this place and a great price!

We loved that we had adjoining rooms with our family. The choice of breakfast items was great. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and by the time we left, we felt we had new friends. The location was perfect for going to the site for our family reunion and visiting relatives.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. My brother noticed piss ants on the night stand on our last morning, but we let housekeeping know, so she said she'd take care of it.

Was not set up good where people could not find the proper things to fix their food. Example M/C was placed at the entrance of the dining room.

Well we had a crying child next to us which made a quite of noisy.

Very welcoming greeting as I approached the counter. When I requested for extra towels, they were brought up immediately. Very informative of the area and very helpful. So glad I stayed there! Pictures shown are true to the property. Loved waking to a breakfast before we headed out each day.

The hotel location is great and right off the highway. Rooms are good size with essential amenities like refrigerator , microwave and coffee maker.

The carpets could be cleaner. Breakfast could offer more fresh fruit and gluten free options. The juice machine had specks of black specks in it, I didn’t drink it.

The location and that its pet friendly.

One day plan to replace the carpet with something more pet friendly (tile or laminate). My dogs are truly house broke, but some aren't and there is really no way to keep the floor clean with carpet.

we liked everything about this stay except the bed. The pool was nice and clean, the breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Crystal, our housekeeper!!

our bed was just not comfortable for either of us. After 3 nights we left with aching backs.

is immediately off I-26. i have stayed here several times

the last couple visits there have been TV CONCERNS. internet interruption occurs which is explained by ‘you are in the mountains’. this time TV was new - there was no information in room as to stationS ID. call to front desk gave me wrong information. later i called back, gentleman came with his Master Copy of STation ID’s but didn’t have copy for the room. hopefully they have it worked out by now - my visit was a month ago

Everything. Everyone we had communications with was perfect. Owner/manager at front desk was very knowledgeable about area and made excellent suggestions for things for us to do.

Absolutely nothing.

I was looking for an affordable hotel that was still clean and nice. The staff was great. The facility was laid out very well. My wife and I were very pleased with the cleanliness. You just don't find hotels this nice for that kind of price.

There was nothing that I was dissatisfied with at all. I have stayed in so many hotels with my last job. And I simply haven't seen anything this nice for this price.
