Like the location

We had 2 rooms. We had to move 1 room due to clogged toilet and AC didnt work. The other room had fold out couch, but no linens. We had to request. The accommodated quickly, so not a huge deal, but it seams the linens would be in the room.

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was big and had everything we needed. Very quiet.

No breakfast or even coffee left by 9:00 which was supposed to be included. The price of room was high for stay with no breakfast included.

We stayed in a king suite. Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. The room was very clean, had all the essentials needed. Room was perfect temperature when we arrived. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Will stay here again.

We did not partake in the breakfast but the room was big enough to accomidate a family of 5

The bathrooms were out of date and we're not clean enough to meet or expectations but served the purpose

Large and spacious room and bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was cool upon entering. Breakfast was great!

We did have a pet room, so I did expect a smell, however it was a little overwhelming. It didn't smell like the carpet had been cleaned recently. Maybe switch to hardwood or laminate flooring in the pet rooms?

We had to request bedding for the pull out couch as it wasn't already available in the room and once provide was way to big and a pillow case wasn't provided

Pleasant checking with receptionist. Housekeeping crew always smiled. Extremely clean for the number of dogs that were in there.

Nothing important. Limited breakfast choices . Need to request cleaning service. Nothing else.

Continental breakfast was good. The juice dispenser did not work well, however. The breakfast area was clean and was in order.

Initial non-smoking room adjoining us reeked of cigar smoke. Clerk was able to get us the room two doors down for the kids. Still close by though.

Friendliness of the staff

The breakfast could have been a bit more. Bagels; yogurt; oatmeal would be a good addition.

The room was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Really no complaints other than having to go down and get sheets for the pullout couch, there were none in the room.
