Came through for work. What a little gem in a small town. Beautiful lobby, staff was great. The room was a little more traditional in style but very clean and comfortable. Good size. Very pet friendly. Great bar area. Golf course surrounding the property, they must have a great summer season. I would definitely stay here again. Nice views of the hills in the distance.

The adjoining doors, but I suppose that's just a personal preference. Creeps me out. If I visited again I'd ask about it. The first room I was given was down a very confusing hallway next to a laundry room so I went back and asked to be moved. They were very accommodating.

Breakfast had a nice variety of foods. Location was quiet and surrounded by nature. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Easy to find. Spacious lobby with room for late night conversations or drinks.

Too much pepper in the sausage gravy. The pancakes were hard, the hot items were cold by the time I got to my table, no egg station for omelette making. There was no clock in the room. Not enough handicapped parking. Larger parking lot was a bit of a hike for a senior citizen. I reserved a room with a pull-out sofa but there was not one in the room I was given. Not able to regulate the Tempe in the room.

The staff at Meadowview make everything easy for me. They are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. This above and beyond work ethic makes Meadowview my favorite place to stay in Tri Cities.

I liked everything..

The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Location worked for what we were there for.

Didn't like that the pool closed so early or that there was something floating in the bottom of the hot tub. So of coarse we didn't get in. Yuck. And the fact that I couldn't connect to the internet was not a good thing.

The day and and night desk folks were beyond caring for us. I can’t say enough good things about the morning staff, the restaurant food and servers. We stayed 31 days as our escrow closed. We were treated like family. I would go back in a heartbeat. We plan on going back to the restaurant for dinner soon.

The staff was excellent. Sharett, Myranda, and Clay were all great, and any of the other staff that I encountered. The food was excellent, and the grounds were super maintained.

Starbucks closed at 10am. Restaurant hours. Both of which, I completely understand, but during a convention, it would have been nice to have had extended hours.

We had to switch rooms with my daughter. We reserved a handicap room pet friendly. We were given room 450. Our daughter reserved for 4 people. She got a room with King size bed only. There were no other available rooms. Also there was only enough linens for 2 people. Numerous attempts to get more linens, BUT I AM GRATEFUL THAT WE WERE ABLE TO WORK EVERYTHING OUT THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL CLEAN PET FRIENDLY PLACE TO STAY AND YES OUR ENTIRE FAMILY WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!! FRONT DESK PEOPLE EXTREMELY CORDIAL AND KIND AND APOLOGETIC FOR MIX UP.

Beautiful hotel style and very large facility. we were traveling through with our dog and found this place on a search for pet friendly. very clean, comfortable and beautiful lobby. Room service was available with a lovely dinner. I would stay again!! we

The staff were always very gracious and helpful. Knowing that the restaurant and bar were short-staffed, we appreciated how hard they tried to accommodate everyone.
