When we arrived the desk clerk was very helpful in explaining local availability for restaurants and shopping. Our room was clean and did not smell of any smoke. The bathroom was extremely large which gave lots of room for two people getting ready in the morning. Breakfast was prepared and served by Shannez. Her morning demeanor was so friendly she immediately put a smile on our faces. She checked in on us at least four times and spent time talking to us about the hotel. What a pleasure having a breakfast server with such a positive attitude. Having the Kerurig coffee maker in our room allowed us the time to linger in our room a little longer in the morning. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The bed was very comfortable!

The check in staff wasn’t very friendly. I asked for a lower level room on my reservation but was assigned the top floor. I asked for a lower level once again and she gave me one that was on the third. I guess that was better than the the top floor. The front desk clerk needs to be smiling and friendly. She didn’t seem to want to be bothered with my questions.

I'm a day sleeper so having my room at the end of a hall was wonderful. The room was very clean and the staff was great. I felt very safe at this location and it was convenient to my travel job (10 min drive). Overall a great stay!

Low water pressure in the sink, but shower was fine.

Good location and liked that it had a restaurant and bar. Had a problem with the water backing up in the shower but maintenance came and fixed it right away. Staff was nice and friendly.

The one elevator wasn't working so you had to wait or walk around and down the hallway to get to another one.

Hotel was very clean and staff were extremely nice.

The only microwave was in the lobby. It would be nice to have one in each room. Also, the commode in the room was practically useless. Toilet paper would flush very, very slowly and them sometimes would come right back up. Sometimes we went down to the lobby bathroom (our room was on the 6th floor) just to be sure we didn't have a bigger problem!

Hotel and room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was accommodating in lieu of my late arrival Well done!

Breakfast should be included for the amount spent on the room

Breakfast was excellent! The room was right on the pool with a porch that leads to the garden perimeter of the pool. While it was really too cold for swimming, it was nice. Bed were comfortable and it was quiet.

We liked everything.

The location was great. I loved that everything was local. I enjoyed not having to travel long distance to any restaurant or store.

Asked for our room to be freshen with towels and trash be removed and never happened.

The mattress on the King bed could have been more comfortable.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property, and we were pleasantly impressed with its staff and its comfort and cleanliness.
