The room was awesome! Very nice accommodations. Awesome breakfast. Great staff. Nice kitchen, livinroom and great bathroom. Love the shower!

We had to pay $25 a night for parking because we stayed 2 nights and that was not mentioned when we booked the room. You have to stay 4 nights to get free parking. The accommodations are nice but the location is a bit tight and confusing because it says AC and there is no mention that AC and Residence inn are in the same building which is huge!

Walking distance from the Galleria Mall. Near the highways so there is easy access to the property. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff at the desk are friendly. Located off a quiet street and near some condo/apartment complexes.

Aside from the mall there isn't much else to see in the area. This hotel is probably all you need if you are in town for work and just want a quiet, clean room, with a decent breakfast, but if you are on a vacation and you want to be surrounded by things to do than you probably need to find a Residence Inn located in another part of the city.

I loved how clean and sanitized everything was as well as the friendliness of all the staff.

I didn’t like how confused I was when I arrived at the address listed, but there’s a different hotel name in the front. Turns out that it’s two hotels in the same building, but knowing this in advance would’ve prevented me from driving in circles for 15 minutes.

I truly loved this location. The area, even though there was construction going on was still great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms, I can't say enough about the rooms..... they were amazing. Nice set up, comfortable feel and very clean.

My only take away was.... that I chose to pay the $24 for use of the garage and was taxed for each day. Couldn't understand the charge of tax...... bad enough I had to pay state tax, tourist tax, local tax..... etc. , but garage tax...... just ridiculous.

I loved the room one it was spacious and clean. Also I was pleasantly surprised that there was a bar downstairs and a connect four game since we had our teenage daughter with us.

I was surprised we had to pay for parking but I soon found out that we basically had to pay for parking other places as well. But we parked on the road and we were lucky we found a spot every night we were there.

felt super homey, the staff was super friendly! I liked having access to the internet on the tv, obviously you need to use your account on most things, everything was amazing will definitely stay here again!

our room didn’t have a closet access or iron, and having to pay for parking in the garage, but you can park in the street.

Usually has been my go-to for an unmatched quality location and cost .Unfortunately my familys last stay was ruint. No sleep at all. spent all night forced to hear both guests on both sides of our suite loudly cursing and yelling starting 2 -3am, even after calling front desk to complain ,yelling continued off and on throughout the remaining nights stay ...first neg experience here .

The room was perfect for three people. The pool was refreshing, the parking was easy.

Felt a bit harassed at the pool. A little security or patrolling there would have been better.

no housekeeping service . you have to request housekeeping , 3 days 1 time . parking you have to pay , lucky we stayed 5 nights so include parking . parking is very expensive . no worth if they charge parking fee

Amazing hotel, absolutely beautiful inside with so much space for hanging out in the lobby. Definitely the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the room was perfect. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dallas!

My only complaint was I could not stay longer and only was there for 2 days!
