The bed was super comfy , very clean and comfortable rooms . The vibe of the place is great. And its just a 5 min walking distance from tube (Angel station). Breakfast was fresh and yumm. Staff is amazing esp Shane and Diksha from the restaurant section were just too good. Providing us with fresh fluffy well cooked omelettes & the right table overlooking the garden outside . The warm & freshly baked cookies on check-in are a must eat.

The cleaners switched off the lights daily (by removing our card). We had food stuff in the fridge which was spoilt . Also they knew we were 3 but would still gv only 2 towels daily...and then there was a wait of 15-20 min for the 3rd one . Also the room's lock was spoilt 2d bf our check out. We had to stand outside everytime we wud return tired from our days trip. They kept trying to repair it instead they shd hv just given us another room. Wonder why they didnt ?

Stayed here for three nights with my family, within short distance of all central London attractions. Check-in and check-out process very smooth and efficient, staff well trained, extremely friendly and very professional. We had booked onsite parking for duration of our stay, encountered a minor problem during the first night with someone parked up close by and I was woken up to accommodate a small situation, but this inconvenience was more than compensated by the hotel team and its management, I am happy to overlook this inconvenience totally. Breakfast too was of a very good standard and ample, and team was always at hand to serve your needs immediately. Warm cookies to welcome you with, clean rooms, well equipped facilities, and a special mention for Aqil at reception; overall, a very satisfying stay!

Maybe some improvements required to intercept external noise level at night.

Fantastic location! Very helpful staff and the hotel room was very clean. the pub/cafe in the lobby was open until quite late which was appreciated. The room itself was very peaceful and we all slept very well (we were facing out into the car park) The beds were clean and comfortable. Fresh cookies on arrival were a lovely touch and much appreciated by our toddler! For London it felt like a very decent sized room and would happily stay again!

The car park is absolutely TINY. We block paid on arrival for parking throughout our stay, but it seems the hotel can oversell spaces (as people come and go throughout the day) meaning you may be able to park one day on site and not find a space later...

We have stayed multiple times over the last few years so you know what you are getting with comfortable beds, great staff and location. We asked for a quiet room and they delivered on this front!

Our room was v dark ( 245) and has an accessible bathroom ( which I appreciate would be amazing if you needed it but we didn’t) but was v low sink, no storage ( we’re used to usual rooms with good lighting and good bathrooms) and shower v poor ( again unusual for this hotel) but overall adequate. Room carpet was stained in this room but again that is unusual for this hotel which has high standards overall!

On arrival to the hotel we checked in we got lovely cookies from the hotel at the reception and the kids were so happy about that. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was really nice. I’d highly recommend getting the breakfast. The staff were very friendly as well. Just a good experience overall.

Not so much on the hotel but we ordered a taxi to Heathrow and we were told there was a cap of £90 but when we got to the airport taxi driver asked for £100 he said that was on the meter. I explained that the hotel said there was a cap but he said no so we ended up paying the £100

Beautiful property. Comfortable room layout. Very clean. Bar and room service offered tasty food.

The building was way too warm. Despite our trip occurring in cooler overcast days, my children could not sleep through the night due to the heat and humidity indoors. Our room’s air con was locked so that it barely ran when powered on, and we had to get up multiple times overnight to turn it back on as it seemed to run on a short timer. We attempted to open a window for airflow, but it would only open a crack and very little cool air could get in from outside.

The breakfast, the check in and the warm cookie on arrival. The comfy beds and the clean rooms. Their was no bath towels the first night we were there but once I raised it with reception the following morning they were at the door with towels within 5 mins. They couldn't do enough for you there. The location was a 5 min walk to Angel station. The area felt safe to walk through at night. I would definitely consider staying here again.

There was no shower gel so we had to use a bar of soap but this wasn't the hotels fault as such, they were waiting on a delivery. There was also no hand wash in the room but again once I raised this they gave us a bar of soap. The breakfast was lovely but there wasn't enough fried or poached eggs. Plenty of scrambled though. The pancake machine leaves alot to be desired too so that could be improved. Other than that I don't have any negatives with the place.

From check in to check out the staff were so lovely and helpful and answered any questions we had about our stay, the room was really clean and the bed extremely comfy with plenty of space to get ready. Its really close to the Tube, Ubers, and buses so you can easily get around to the surrounding areas and even when we came back late at night after going to a concert we were still greeted warmly when coming through the doors and even though the bar had closed they still were able to accommodate us getting some soft drinks to take upstairs.

Well located, 5 -7 minutes walk from the metro and close to center or main attraction points. We had everything we needed around the hotel, shops, restaurants, pubs. Super clean, big room, comfortable beds. We stayed in the room with our 10 years old son and we appreciated very much that the third bed was an actual bed and not a sofa or a futon, which are always uncomfortable. Very helpful and polite staff. We have received warm delicious cookies when checking in, which was much appreciated after a long travel. Very nice gesture, we appreciated it.

Breakfast. Not too many options and not too tasty. For a person that takes a light breakfast, it works.

Stayed here numerous times before, and the room (as usual) was comfortable, spacious and with good blackout curtains to ensure a decent nights sleep. Warm cookie on arrival always feels like a treat. Friendly, helpful staff. We ate in on one evening, and food and drink is decent. Short walk from Angel tube station and Angel Central shopping centre, as well as plenty of great cafés and restaurants (check out La Vita é Bella on Theberton Street!).

Reception staff are often over-busy which means it takes ages to get served.
