We had a brilliant 3-night stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and it was lovely, clean and spacious. It's only a short walk to the lively and fun "meat packing" area, but we never tried to walk to the centre because it seemed too far to walk with kids. The rooftop garden is absolutely great and really nicely furnished.

Nothing really not to like. We might have been lucky with the noise on the first two nights, though, cause it's true that on the last night we could hear our neighbours quite a lot through the walls (though I think maybe more because they were especially loud). It was definitely too expensive compared to what I would have expected for that price but my impression from the holiday was that hotels just are much more expensive in Denmark than in mediterrnean Europe.

This is a really excellent small hotel with supportive staff. I particularly liked having a small bar where it was possible to get a cup of tea or a glass of wine and just sit quietly to read or write postcards after a day's sight-seeing and before going out for the evening. The hotel offers a hospitable welcome which should never go out of date but which many more trendy hotels now completely fail to provide. There is a very convenient bus stop only a few minutes away and the Metro is about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. The area is very quiet but is close to lots of excellent restaurants and shops.

I didn't quite appreciate the scale of Copenhagen so I thought the hotel was an easy walk from the Central Station. I would have welcomed more advice about getting to the hotel by public transport (it's possible the information was provided but I didn't notice it).

I loved the section of town this hotel is in. Coming out of the hotel and turning left, you reach the incredibly beautiful park and zoo in the middle of the city. Turning right it is a great 30 minute walk into town, to reach so many attractions. Your hotel has flavor and style, and for a 3 star hotel was more than I had expected, and definitely enough. I stayed on the 4th floor, which was very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. So was the breakfast staff downstairs and the food was very good.

One night (out of my 7 day stay) I couldn't sleep due to loud and uninhibited sex going on in a nearby room (?) for 2 hours late at night/early morning!

The location on the boulevard is nice and calm, like the classical hotel, located along an enlargement of the street. I liked the intimate building, due to its historically modest proportion, in spite of the minimized entrance, halls, stairways, rooms (I had a small room for 1 person) and furniture. However, all function well. The room is good for tourist use and you feel good, especially because of the high ceiling, but it is not for a longer stay in the room during the day. All is well organized with good taste and is clean. The breakfast was similar every day, perhaps modest in the assortment, but with excellent choices of singular food from bread and granola to ham, salami, cheeses, yoghurt, eggs and an excellent mix of salads, until juice, fresh fruits and small croissants, so I enjoyed it - hoping that the hotel would not change it. The breakfast room has even a bar table with sofas, where you can take in peace the breakfast tea or coffee, or read the news on a seat along the windows. A special bar is near the reception too.

In the given space, I think that nothing, although all is minimized (and I have neither 60 kg). The only thing that was ridiculously disturbing for me was the large outside cobweb on one of the high windows above the entrance, which could be well seen from the inside stairway. Because I saw it for 5 days.

The hotel building is nice and it takes about 20 mins to get to the train station and city sightseeing. The room isn't big but it's enough for the two persons. It's clean, having a big very comfortable bed, sofa, small table and two chairs. The shower is big enough and quite comfortable. There is a shower gel but neither specific hair shampoo nor hair conditioner. Hair dryer is available. Online check-in and check-out made me happy and e-key too!

The front door of the room isn't isolated and we could hear every neighbour in the corridor late at night and early in the morning. Could be good to have a tea pot in the room.

- Super helpful staff at the reception - We were allowed to check in early and check out late. As our travel schedules were anything but optimal, this was a huge courtesy from the hotel’s side - We also got a portable electrical heater as the bathroom did not have any heating

- As the bathroom /toilet did not have a radiator or a neighboring room that could share heat, these two rooms were freezing cold. We had to ask for a portable heater to keep those places warm for when we wanted to shower.

Great to have exactly the same room as Feb 2020. Enjoyed the feel of the hotel and the breakfasts are superb. Thank you!

Slight smell of damp coming from the carpets in the bedroom and the corridor on that floor. Not so bad as to be unbearable but definitely there whenever one came back to the room. Appreciate the efficiency of not having tea and coffee in the bedrooms but it would be nice if guests could access 1 hot drink a day, or per stay, free of charge from the coffee machine in reception.

Nice size room with a window into the back yard / nice and quite. Happy to be able to open the window to get fresh air. Excellent coffee and hot scrambled eggs and sausages every day. Hotel is close to underground statuin and walking distance from many excellent restaurants.

For a 3 star hotel I would have enjoyed coffee in the room and access to a fridge. This was available at the reception (but not really accessible 24 hours / that first coffee to wake up..)

The bed, pillows and blankets were so extra comfortable!! We had the best sleep!! The room was very nicely decorated and everything was clean and fresh. Location perfect for central city!

I would have loved to have a small coffee maker in the room, it gives an extra vibe in the morning to have a coffee as first thing when waking up and getting ready for the city, but, otherwise, everything was perfect!

Room: Small but well organized and very convenient for short stay of only one person. I would take it again next time if I am alone Location: Very convenient Breakfast: Absolutely great! I am vegetarian and I had variety of healthy choices: very nice tea, very dark tasty bread, salad, humus, etc... Just great!!!
