Everything was so well prepared and clean. The staff were very attentive to our needs and helpful at any time. Our room had the sea view which made the room so appealing. We couldn’t have chosen any better location, we were able to walk everyday at the promenade and sometimes had dinner outside the hotel as well. You find so many places around the hotel to go to. Breakfast at the hotel was very delicious the chefs were everyday in the breakfast hall welcoming everyone and serving such lovely pastries and food. They served different varieties of food to choose from. We connected so well with so many from the staff, which was truly lovely and made the stay at the hotel truly special.

Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of variety. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good gym. Amazing view and a well-maintained private beach.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The service was super friendly and fast. They tried their best to accommodate all our needs. They even offered our friend who arrived at 6 am free breakfast and early check-in on the day of arrival. They also called during the stay to make sure that we were satisfied and have no complains. The cleanliness level was good The breakfast was tasty and they offered both western and oriental options The rooms were spacious and had awesome sea and pool view Although it was written on booking that there was no free wifi, we actually found free wifi at the hotel room. The hotel's location is premium in one of the best touristic areas in Hurghada

Bath tub and doors may need some maintenance and there was no valet at the parking, but other than that everything was almost perfect and it was certainly good value for money.

I had recent back surgery so this hotel which I’ve stayed in many times is very compact and flat. the restaurant & bars are next to Reception & the room was on the ground floor next to the pool. it’s a very short walk to the gardens & beach. The staff allowed an extra extension stay in the room free of charge as I had a late flight. This was so kind

I like everything. The staff are exceptional & are very helpful & attentive.

The Hotel looks really good from the outside and at the reception, pool area is giant and nice, the water is heated and the buffet at the main restaurant was good. (One of) the driver(s) was very nice, took us to many places and gave us advices on what to do near Hurghada. Overall the hotel is quite good, a bit expensive but I guess it could be worth it with better soundproofing and if you get better luck with the weather...

The room looked a bit old, above all the bathroom would need a big refresh. Soundproofing isn't quite near where it needs to be, good luck if there's a baby next door... There's also quite a lot of people coming at you round the pool to offer you island trips, safaris and all kind of activities, but overall they're nice and won't disturb you if you're not interested. Would have been nice to get some spread for breakfast.

The resort was wonderful, and its location is excellent and all amenities and recreation are available. And all the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast included great and varied dishes.

Only there was poor internet coverage inside the room.

As regards the meals, they need to make some changes especially in the salad choices and the deserts

The staff are very good. The room is clean and they clean the room every day or when it is needed. The water in the pool is warmed so we can always swim. The breakfast is good and there is alot of food. There is a person that you can contact for the activities in the see. The beach is very beautiful and the water is very clean and clear. There is staff 24 hours if it is needed and you can check in anytime.the room is big and there is beautiful balkoney.

There is no traditional Egyptian food on the breakfast like Kushari. There is no floating balloons for children for swimming.

Nice facilities and very friendly staff! The resort is clean and tidy. The beach is very nice and well maintained gardens. Great service from Mr. Rimon Adly who went above and beyond to make accommodate our needs.

The main restaurant and food needs improvement. The decor of the restaurant feels outdated and boring. The quality and variety of the food needs improvement. The food doesn’t feel on the same level as the rest of the resort.

One of the best relaxing places, hospitable team specialy Mr.Mohamed at the reception, he ahow tremendous effort to answer all our need,the food was regular and standard, not so premium but as good test and varitas, the hygiene is perfect and the pool is cristal, the best thing is the crouse trip which starts from the hotel marina and back to the same point where you don't go outside the hotel, entertainment is great and many couse places and relaxing point,where you can enjoy the weather and and the places, vert quite and calm place.
