the check in timing is too late 4:00 pm is vey late … usually its 12:00 pm or 2:00 pm. its unfair to charge for a whole day when i enter the room in the middle of the day, although the checkout it 12:00 pm.

The pool was great. The food was amazing, especially from the Alex beach restaurant. The stuff are friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Abanoub and Mr. Mina from Alex beach restaurant. Also Mr. Elia from the pool bar.

We felt it's overpriced and not value for money. The stuff are friendly but from time to time they show you that they need tips. The swim-up pool was not heated and it ended up that we had to go to the main heated pool instead. At the end of the stay I felt I'm really paying a lot for a mid-class service.

The staff are awesome especially mr maged basily and Osman in reception The food was awesome and the service was excellent I spend a romantic dinner in my birthday as I never saw before and the hotel surprised me with birthday cake and decorations I my room All is awesome days I will not forget it easily

Although on the pricey side I wasnt sorry that I decided to stay here. Firstly it's adult only, however you might see kids when venturing down to the beach as it shares property with it's sister resort which for families. I loved that staying here I had access to all three hotels which are all very close to each other. So I could choose different places to eat so it wasn't the same foods everyday. The food here was hit or miss but they did have a good enough variety so that you could find something you liked. That grilled chicken at the pool grill was always very good. The room was nicely decorated and the bar was restocked daily (including water). The staff for the most part went above and beyond for you. I'd stay here again in the warmer months, as I never expected the water to be as cold as it was (December). There are always taxi's outside driving around but I would recommend using Uber since you will know the correct price up front. For uber you have to go and stand outside the main entrance, they can't come in unless you ask front desk to tell the security to let them in. They have a foreign currency machine on property but it wasn't accepting cash while I was there, however I was able to walk down to the supermarket in the town which has a foreign currency atm.

Spent most of my time on the beach, which i loved, the food was pretty good and staying in purelife style gives you access to their other hotel; Aldau, so the food options were plenty but the gourmet restaurant and alex beach restaurant were my favorite, everyone was super nice and friendly and they checked out us a bit later as requested, a special shout out to the Pizza chef at the gourmet restaurant which unfortunately I forgot to ask for his name, he makes the best pizza and is incredibly nice, he asked us what type of pizza we prefer and he cooks it all from scratch and it’s absolutely delicious.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong enough and the showers jet wasn’t working, which is definitely fixable and minor.

The staff is amazing and the place is very clean. We had an issue with noise and they very quickly addressed it. This resort is fairly small which we personally enjoy more vs massive amounts of people. For an adults only resort, it was very good.

The beds were a bit hard to our liking. Though we knew of this in advance though Google Maps and information, he beach is not overly close (but not overly too far). The food options were limited (mainly buffet) compared to other places we've stayed. Note you can go to their sister resort ALDAU for lunch buffet. Be warned of rooms on 3rd floor underneath the buffet restaurant, the amount of noise is ridiculous. We initially had room 320 but they quickly accommodated a move after a nice mention of the issue.

This property was perfect in every way you can not fault anything, the staff were exceptional better than I've seen anywhere in Egypt they make you feel so welcome infact like family and at home, this was lovely given I was staying alone. Mohamed on reception so helpful and welcoming, Mohamed from near luxur in the restaurant upstairs was hilarious and Ehab in the french restaurant and Armia in the pool restaurant they all made my stay just perfect they were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble also mahmoud the Chef was fabulous and actually remembered my allergy on my return and reminded staff on my behalf and made the best omelette at breakfast. I've not seen exceptional care and service like these staff members showed me anywhere and I've travelled the world. This was my 3rd stay in the Hotel complex as I had a stay in al dau next door which was just as perfect too! I loved it so much that I will 100% return. I would recommend this hotel complex to anyone travelling to Hurgarda and wouldn't stay anywhere else myself! I'm asked what I didnt like, I didnt like leaving 😂 but also I found the music around the pool a little loud but that was because I was working most holiday makers would probably like it as they are on there holiday this wasnt a problem for me as you are invited to use the hotel al dau on the same complex you can use the lobby restaurants bars beach and pool so it's easy to find a nice quiet spot to relax in!

The suite was outstanding the staff were very friendly the food quality was high but the variety weren't good but it wasn't a big deal as you have access to aldau restaurants i like the pool very much its very relaxing we asked the reception for late check out they told us you can use all hotel facilities tell the end of the day and they gave us a room to take shower which was very professional in general the stay exceeded my expectations special thx for mr sobhy at the pool bar and Mahmoud at gourmet restaurant bar and all reception staff

Air conditioning could be better Refill team could be better as we has to ask for shampoo and Jacuzzi shower gel to get them

The staff in particular made the holiday special, we had a room with its own pool that was exactly what we needed from the holiday - get away from the crowds and relax for a week. The facilities and onsite Pitch & Putt Par 3 course was a daily activity for us as well. There were lots of other activities and events happening both during the day and in the evenings.

The quality of the food could be a little better from the main buffet restaurant at Gourmet Market (being picky). We thought this may be due to us arriving late in the breakfast and dinner times and the food may have sat there for a while. The food at the booking only restaurants was excellent and the buffet at the sister resort was also better (we think due to more turnover and the food not sitting for as long) The wifi has three devices per room where we ideally needed 4 but it wasn't a big problem in reality.

I have never visited the same place twice in my life but will make the exception for this exceptional hotel. It is a little gem of Egypt. Me and my mom went for a "quick getaway to catch some sun" but we have had the most amazing holiday. From the moment we came in, we felt welcomed and looked after in every way. The hotel is quite new, with chic design, white leather and modern style in everything, including glass lifts! The food was outstanding! I would especially recommend Alex restaurant, Eastern food restaurant and Gourmet market. We couldn't get enough of it! Hotel staff is absolutely exceptional. They deserve a big bonus for representing the hotel so well and making the guests feel at home. I can't remember all of the names but everyone was superb and we are very grateful! (Maria from customer services was so wonderful). There are quite a few things to do in the hotel and its links with two other hotels of the chain increase the choice. I don't think we have done a quarter of what was on offer - the swimming pool was a paradise of its own. We have been on a lot of nice holidays around the world but there is no doubt - me and mom will come back here. We have enjoyed it so much - big thank you for your hospitality Pure Lifestyle!
