Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. There was a slight mix-up with the room booked on booking.com but was fixed by the next day. Close to beach. Loved having unlimited mini golf (probably the favorite thing about this hotel). Liked not having carpet in the room. Very quiet location.

Would love if offered a light continental breakfast (cereal, toast, muffins, ect). Would have liked a screen on the patio to keep out bugs and enjoy the fresh air.

The hotel was great, but it was the staff who exceeded my expectations and made the stay a joy. I was originally staying at an Airbnb where the toilet broke and needed a place urgently and the hotel was able to accommodate me and provide early check-in. Princess was wonderful and facilitated a great stay. Eileen was also great! Free mini golf was fun and location was convenient. The kitchenette was well-stocked and the appliances all worked great.

It’s right by the highway so not unreasonable to have traffic noises.

The two women that greeted my family and I were extremely friendly and offered exceptional customer service. Both of them went above and beyond their duties and I think they deserve a raise. The hotel cleaning staff were amazing, and the facilities offered exceeded my expectations. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we will definitely be coming back!! Thank you.

The wifi was slow, so I think if that was fixed, everything else was perfect.

A big spacious room with great helpful and friendly staff. Also there is a free coffee/hot chocolate machine in the sitting room (which is free for guests to use, as well as an outdoor space with heaters)! The free access to crazy golf across the road is really fun too!

The only slight downside is it is right on the main road so is a little noisy at night at times if you’re on the front, but that location also makes it very convenient and it wasn’t a problem at all for us (maybe only if you’re a very very light sleeper).

Nice big windows with blackout curtains. Windows opened for a breath of fresh air. Corner room so had windows on two sides. Positive view. Felt safe as on the second floor. Bed and pillows very comfortable and a excellent tub/shower. Rooms cleaned daily as well as hallways and entrance ways Lots of very good lighting for reading or computer work. Imagine several available plug-ins which is often not seen in a hotel room. A machine with multiple types of coffee drinks in the public sitting room was a big positive especially with an added feature of cream, milk, and whipped cream available in the frig. The water dispenser was ever so nice. Weather did not promote the use of the outside BBQ area but very interesting idea. Staff at the desk was available 24/7 which provided security. Lots of free parking. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff. Staff seemed to be proud of their work place which is so lovely to see.

I really missed not having a longer mirror in the room. Apparently several of the rooms do have an extra mirror but our room had only the small one in the bathroom.

There was a fridge and microwave in the room. Coffee, lattes, tea and water were available in the social area. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is pet friendly.

I was surprised that house keeping came so late in the day. I am assuming they were busy cleaning the vacated rooms.

Very clean, very polite staff. They have an "inspiration room" or what I call the coffee room. Its fantastic! Very accommodating. I accidentally confused my 'check in time' with my camp site. The front desk employee was so helpful and was able to get us in early at no extra charge! Also upgraded our room at no extra charge!

The room we got looked like it was converted from a 1 bed suite to a 2 bed suite. A little awkward as I can tell the front of the room would have had a sofa and table. Although it had a shelf and kitchenette there was no where to eat or put our groceries, other than on out bed or night table.

Loved that the staff were very friendly. They answered any questions we had and also were able to provide us with recommendations for food in the evenings. They also brought us up extra soap when we asked.

Perhaps having a breakfast would have been beneficial, as well as the coffee maker downstairs did not work for hot water purposes when I wanted to make tea.

The staff where so nice and very helpful ,I liked very much how it's a small hotel ,but everything you need even a very nice little lounge area where the best coffee machine is that's open 24/7 as well as having someone at the desk at all times . There are tables and chairs outside on the grass and a BBQ ,If you get a downstairs room you get a small patio on the grass side of the hotel but you MAY have other guests on the grass in front of you just relaxing on the tables and chairs ,upstairs has no balconies but there is a window that opens and AC ,ice machine on floor 3 works great did not look on other floors . A female traveling with her dog and I felt very safe and relaxed which is why I was there .

I liked everything about this Hotel ,it had everything it should have for the price you pay and a bit more .

Comfortable beds. Nice Lounge with games and free coffee machine. Staff was so accommodating and helpful. Allowed us to check in early. Free mini golf !!!!!

Room was a bit small for 4 people. Shower didn’t have warm water mid afternoon. Housekeeping was a bit slow to make up our room on our 2nd day. But the staff is so so so friendly.
