For the price, the accommodations and breakfast were awesome. The hotel was 30 minutes from the tournament but that worked out OK. Shorter distance for my travel from Ottawa the night before. Doing the trip to and from Pickering to get to the tournament was fine. Not that big a difference from others who booked closer. Not like there was time between games to go back to any hotel, no matter how close.

Slight smell to the room. Not sure if it was smoke or just old room smell. Sheets for the pull-out couch were not in the room. Had to go to front desk to get some. They didn't include a blanket or comforter.

Good breakfast options, although stopped serving a little earlier than we would have liked to take full advantage of most mornings. Decent parking, even when crowded. Pull-out couch was a plus for a teenager traveling with us.

No elevator to 2nd floor for heavy bags

A little questionable about people hanging around in the parking lot. May have just been staff between shifts? No elevator for folks who have trouble walking stairs

Tonya at front counter was absolutely angel to deal with. She helped my family get shelter due to power outage. Hotel offered family including my pet to stay amazing. Clean and quiet. My husband left his gold chain there in room. When he realized it we check out hours prior. We called and and they located his gold chain and we got it back.

I didn't like that breakfast closed early no sooner got dress and ready was told it stopped at 9am we got there at 8:55 and was already closed. So we had to buy breakfast.

Why are there NOT bedside tables on both sides of the bed? With a reading lamp on it as well. Many people wear spectacles and need a place to lay them down at night. The bed could easily have been moved over a few inches to accommodate a bedside table on the wall side. Are Comfort Inns ready to provide recharging for electric only vehicles?

The staff were very professional and helpful. The main catch for me was the room prices. They were affordable compared to many that I checked. The hotel was affordable while also maintaining a very good standard 👏

The breakfast was awesome!!! It was hot and ready to serve a variety to cater to different people's breakfast needs. There was always coffee/tea/decaf/hot water/iced lemon water available. Lots of parking available. The wifi was always reliable. Customer service was great!

After hours washroom urgent maintenance front desk replied to wait for the next day. Issue got fixed later as water was stopped from the source.

Loved the breakfast. The staff was helpful with the waffle machine and kept everything well stocked! Rooms were comfortable. Our air conditioner wasn't working and the staff was very helpful in switching us to a room that did work

The front desk staff were a little off putting. Didn't try to speak clearly or louder when it was hard to hear through the plexi glass and masks.

Bathroom floor always had water which was disgusting. Hotel staff said it was due to condensation frm toilet tank. Not acceptable
