The room was very attractive and clean. It meant our needs perfectly, an attractive room at a great price. It had all the conveniences that we needed for our stay. The facilities were very nice. We enjoyed a drink at the lot 42 bar one evening which was trendy and chill.

Unfortunately the location was just far enough from the city that it took 45 minutes to get to many of our destinations due to the amount of traffic. Some noise from the airport, but not enough that we had any trouble sleeping... and the hotel kindly provided ear plugs. If you're looking for a glamorous view out the window, this is not the spot for you. We opted for a pretty room at a great price and it worked out well for our stay.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable, including swimming pool and gym. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good, eggs, bacon, fruits, jogurt...just vegetables was missing. The location is very near the airport so it was easy and fast to get to Toronto Downtown (shuttle to the airport and then by train). On the other hand there was noise from the planes and the surrounding was nothing special. But this is not critics, we were aware of that, just saying.

The staff was so "nice" during the breakfast that it was sometimes annoying.

The pool was large and accommodating and the most of the front desk staff were wonderful. The house keeping attendant was absolutely the sweetest and arranged our children’s stuffies in cute ways all over the room. They loved seeing it!

The parking situation was very confusing. The first front desk associate was very pleasant and helpful but when we had trouble, the next associate we dealt with was rude and very short with us. The first man should teach lessons in customer service, we was really a gem. The bathroom also didn’t have a functioning fan. After four showers, the bathroom was filled to the brim with steam and the ceiling was bubbling. Not a good sign.

Great location. Easy access via free shuttle to and from airport, so you can catch the train downtown. Super hotel. Lovely rooms and facilities. Front desk staff, Olivia and Nash were wonderful - management needs to keep them, superstars!

Where to catch the shuttle bus at the airport was not clearly explained, so ended up waiting in the wrong place for an hour!! If you come into terminal 3, follow hotel shuttle signs to go outside, then walk to the number 41 in a blue circle on the wall. If you come into terminal 1, follow hotel shuttle signs and go out of the door marked R.

The shuttle to the airport was amazing and saved so much time and money and the driver was so helpful and knowledgeable about where our terminal was etc. the room was very clean the bed was so comfortable There was tiny toothpaste and a toothbrush complimentary in the room which saved my husband from not having one because he forgot. He used it for our whole week in Dominican The staff congratulated us on our wedding and asked if we needed any room service for the evening.

It was convenient. We needed to stay near the airport to pick up a rental vehicle the morning after we arrived. Staff was kind and accommodating. They put my little fish cooler in the freezer overnight. Promptly got a taxi when we needed one. Breakfast was good. My guys went for the hearty breakfast buffet and enjoyed every bite. We would stay there again. It is a good transition spot.

The line up at Starbucks was 30 people long at 8:30am.

The queen room was actually all I needed. The bed was comfortable. Surprisingly, I rarely heard plane traffic when settled in my room. They also provide ear plugs, which is a nice touch, but I never needed to use them. Two pets are allowed for the same one time fee, which was perfect. The hotel has plenty of accommodations. I enjoyed the hotel bar and Starbucks on site. The bar staff was nice enough to open a bottle of wine I had in the room. The hotel is right off the expressway so although downtown is about 20-45 minutes away, depending on traffic, it is still pretty easy to get to the different parts of Toronto. Overall, the hotel staff was very nice and I enjoyed my stay even though this hotel was not my first choice

I prefer a king room, however there were none available during my stay and I did not continue to follow up because I did not want to move all my belongings. There was one drawer in my room that would not close but I did not bring it up to the hotel staff until I left.

The room was lovely - really clean and comfortable, check-in was easy and the hotel provided great value for money. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the Starbucks in the hotel!

The only thing we didn't like was that the hotel is directly under the flight path so until about 11pm or so there were planes flying over every 5 minutes and it was quite noisy. I used the earplugs that were provided in the room though and this blocked out the noise so I was able to sleep. My two kids slept through the noise and it didn't bother them. The planes did not fly throughout the night thankfully but started again around 6:30am.

Most of the staff was very friendly (only the guy we were checking in with was a bit grumpy). The hotel is very big and has its own Starbucks, a couple of restaurants and the breakfast was awesome. The shuttle to the airport departs every 30 minutes, which is quite nice.

The hotel is located pretty far from the city (Uber drive between 30 and 45 minutes, the recommended alternative by traveling via UP Express takes even longer since you have to get to the airport first). Sadly the housekeeping happens only on request, but that’s probably because of Covid. It’s very loud - inside the rooms you can hear the traffic as well as every word spoken in the hallway.

I liked the proximity to the airport. The room was very nicely designed and implemented, it was clean and I would recommend it to anyone in similar circumstances to mine.

I looked for the password to the WiFi but could not find it. Then I read WiFi is available free to members of the Marriott frequent user program. I assumed no free access for me. That surprised me and not in a good way... My time was short and I chose live without. I realize it's all about business, but free WiFi is not unusual these days. This left a bit of bad taste in my mouth.
