Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was lovely and the bed huge! Fantastic breakfast and they do provide dinner if you so wish.

The water was heavily chlorinated so after each shower I just smelt like I had been swimming, didn’t bother us too much. Little bit far from the centre without a vehicle but an easy 20/30 minute cycle for us.

We were upgraded to a Junior suite which was unexpected but large, well-maintained and lovely treat. The spa was good value, comfortable and also well-maintained.

I would have liked a bit more direction about whether we could use the outside during late May - it wasn't clear to us so we didn't use the outdoor area. We ate at the hotel - I didn't think that the food was amazing and fairly expensive in comparison to other hotels but this did not disturb a very pleasant stay.

Loved the privacy of the hotel, size of the beds and facilities within the room eg. bath and shower. Mini bar fridge was useful for keeping drinks cool and any snacks that we had. Staff were so friendly and helped to communicate with us in English. Brilliant experience and brilliant value for money. Cleaners were very respectable about our privacy and change did the towels and bed everyday.

this was our second year staying here- we booked this year because we had such a great experience last time in 2021. we love that it’s close to our family’s home. we love that it’s a quiet property, it’s clean. the room is divided by a giant door and this helped the heat during the day stay in one spot. we travel during the winter time so the AC doesn’t work- but we are able to open up the windows for fresh air and it gets pretty cold and comfortable.

The room was clean the air conditioner was on it was really hot during the day and night so that helped a lot their was refrigerator too for some food we bought at the supermarket near by.

Just wish the pool was bigger that’s basically it tbh

The rooms were large and beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a range of options available to choose from. The Staff was able to give advice about where to go when. There was free parking in front of the hotel.

The fridge in the room was dirty and it seemed that it was even leaking ammonium. It was also connected to the same circuit as lights and AC, so it only worked when the key card was in the reader, i.e. when we were in the room.

Good place and amazing views of all Paterna. Friendly and helpful staff, the facilities were bigger than expected, also plenty of parking and near to Carrefour.

Was a little bit expensive but worth it at the end, didn't have chance to try the swimming pool and gym. To move around you will need your own car or taxi, public transport is only available in Paterna town centre.

Spacious room, friendly staff (they don't speak English very well but I understand Spanish), tasty dinner options, the garden with swimming pool was got to relax

Lack of some cleaning in the room, I could run my hand over the TV and it was full of dust... Breakfast options were relatively few...not much varied. Asked for a double but got twin, at least the beds were comfortable.

The hotel has a good value/price ratio. Amenities were good and the rooms were super good. Comfortable beds and well sized room.

The breakfast hours were too early. The restaurant closed too early for our taste and there is not that many restaurants in the area (albeit a receptionist helped us to arrange a food delivery to our room)

The hotel is clean with quite big rooms, safe parking, helpful staff

The biggest problem and suprise to me is no door on the toilet just a small glass “door “ what you cant close it. This was the most uncomfortable experience. The stuff doesnt speak too good in english, but they are helpful. The breakfast is not the best for the price. The Spa is not included in the price and you can stay there just few hours. (???)
