All the staff was very professional and did their best to male sure everyone's needs were met during my exstended stay at the hotel. Ms. Moon was extremely helpful in making sure my reservation extensions were smooth without any issues. The night staff kept control as best as he could with the amount of guests what were all over. He kept a very cool head and made sure everyone was taken care of despite how disrespectful some of the guest were when he explained they would have to wait for the towels to dry. He was very professional.

The light for the first night kept flickering. Then it stopped around the middle of the second night. The hotel had a lot of people all over the lobby and pool area. The staff did a good job keeping the peace but some of the guests were just outright disrespectful to them.

This was the best experience I've ever had. The over night desk person -Jonathan I think his name was, was absolutely amazing. I got in extremely late due to traveling and once I got checked in my room door was jammed but he walked me up to my room to see what the issue was. He also upgraded my room because he couldn't open it as well. Staff was very professional. During checkout, Javari was very professional and helpful also.

Pet fees!! Excessive!! You don't charge for children, why pets? Most people who travel with pets take very good care of them and train them and are responsible! If an animal OR a human causes damage to the facility, they should be charged a fee. But not everyone else. I will NOT stay at BW again because of this policy to punish guests who should not be charged a fee. That's too bad too, because the hotel was acceptable for my stay.

Price was excellent. Room was spacious.

There were no lampshades on lights by bed, just bulbs. There was a water bottle on the floor when we checked in. There was a screw on the floor. My dog could have gotten it if I did not see it. Dog was eating a roach the morning we checked out. I believe the roach was dead but still the room could have been cleaned a little more.

The receptionist, Moon (Luna), and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Even the cleaning staff made a point of engaging and saying hello. They usually ignore us. Moon greeted me by name the morning after check-in, and she was the one they called when there was some unusual activity during the night. She was super special.

No hair dryer in the room. I've stopped travelling with one to save on weight, and there wasn't even one at the main desk.

I love the location because I like staying in Orange Park and I stayed at this Best Western a few times and I really like it

I didn't like the fact that I was staying on the fourth floor but the elevator wasn't always working it was very very inconvenient to pay that much for a hotel but then have to walk up and down the stairs constantly for almost 2 days that I hate it I felt like a discount should be given on that alone. I was told that they were waiting on parts for the elevator but I spoke with some folks who stayed there before and said the elevator has been an issue for a very long time and I also read about the elevator situation and the reviews I honestly think that if you guys are going to continue to charge the prices that you charge then the residents should not have to walk up and down stairs constantly

Awesome breakfast at the perfect time. Great coffee. Staff are super friendly and top rate customer support. Will never forget them.

the loud argument in the parking lot under our 4 th floor room. a couple screaming at each other in pretty colorful language, at 2:00 in the morning.

Convenient location for travelers. Close to 2 major roads, but room was quiet. It was also clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, though seating was almost fully utilized. Good staff.

I've been here twice, and room 318 door has not been fixed. However, they always change our rooms, making the checking delayed
