I was attending a conference in National Harbour, this hotel is much less expensive than other local hotels while it's a 10min drive / uber ($15) - so great value for money if you are not seeking fancyness. The breakfast is ok in quantity and variety, but a little messy at rush hours as the buffet is quite crowded.

It was impossible to contact the hotel reception before arrival both via email and phone despite tens of tentatives over a couple of months. Hotel should be responsive either via agency (Booking) or sirectly

Hotel was clean, including the sheets. Room smelled good and fresh like it should. The beds were soft. The fridge was bigger than we expected and a nice convenience. Right next door to a church and the other guests and people in the area didn't look sketchy at all. I'm not from the area but it did appear to be in a fairly nice part of town. Very close to the mgm casino. We will definitely stay here next time we're in town for a show.

Not much really, for once I actually felt like I got what I paid for.

This is a nice basic motel for those that are comfortable in an urban area. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location provided easy access to the highway and short drive to National Harbor and Alexandria. Plenty of fast food nearby. Shopping outlet and neighborhood shopping are plentiful. Staff was friendly. Daily room cleaning was offered. It's in an urban setting not a tourist zone.

The sink drained slowly. The pillows were smaller than average.

I like that the Front desk staff is really helpful and they try as best as they can to achieve excellence. I enjoy the breakfast is hot every morning! All the guests are there just enjoying their families or friend or a quiet moment alone.

The only thing we really had a small issue with was a minor error that was easily fixed when asked. Also, the parking lot seems a little small, maybe some kind of expansion is needed.

Breakfast was good all I needed and waffles were excellent. Room was great, AC unit worked well and beds were comfy. The hotel meets all needs

Everything went fine at check in! But the worker seems like they didn't want to be there and was quiet. Price also is high I felt but I imagine that lines up with events at the gaylord.

It met our needs and was a good location for some gambling. The bed was comfortable, but the square pillows were odd. Queen size rectangle shapes are better. Breakfast was ok, but Saturday morning the waffle mix ran out. The attendant switched in new very quickly. The hot food was scrambled eggs-no taste to them. And sausages, but they were in a pool of greasy liquid & looked very unappealing.

The bugs in the room. Found several tiny winged ant-like insects (wall behind beds, in bathroom, on the bed) as well as a beetle of some type (on the desk).

Beds were a little hard for us but we expect some change. Could use more pillows on the bed as the ones were all soft and only had two per person.

Need to have coffee in the lobby earlier for those who have an early get up and go time.

I liked that the price was much more reasonable than the hotels in DC. I liked that there was free parking. I liked that there was free breakfast.

I didn't like that my room was right next to the ice machine. I didn't like that there wasn't a restaurant guide in my hotel room to help find places to eat nearby.

The hospitality of the staff was great. The gym was fantastic. The location is also good.

The tub was not draining properly, but after I raised the issue, it was resolved. The tub tap is a bit tough to handle, unable to adjust it to our needs. Too much water flows.

The rates were affordable because I had to come in town on a family emergency. My dad was sick having a heart procedure and I needed to be in town for that.

The accessible to the shops around the hotel had gates that blocked them off from the hotel. Making them not walking accessible.
