The location was right in the heart of food, leisure, shopping, and casino entertainment. It was clean and comfortable.

I had to rekey my room key each day, and front desk cookies were not available for days. Also customers who travel with pets where charged $20.00 extra for each one. I usually travel with pets, so I probably wouldn’t be staying at this hotel because of their pet policy. It should be only one $20 pet fee no matter how many pets you have.

Looks brand new. Attractive staircase in the lobby. Comfy bed and great shower. The rooms are small but adequate. Able to walk to restaurants and some shops including cabelas. $25 Uber ride from the airport. We did not eat breakfast or use the indoor pool/hot tub, but they seemed adequate.

We had an odd numbered room facing the street which was quite noisy. Other side may be quieter.

Comfortable. Great shower. AC could be better.

The breakfast time should be extended to 10 AM.

Breakfast is awesome and we enjoyed our time together and having the drinks available was a pleasure to see in the Breakfast room

Not enough parking

I really enjoyed the hospitality from the staff. They really took care of me and made great recommendations to places I would like to go and see. They were right. Overall the stay was great.

my room was clean and i was able to check in early. Most of the staff was wonderful and very professional.

we went to use the pool and we had to use our room towels because there was no towels left in the pool room. also when i booked the room online the description of the room was misleading. it stated a double room with double beds witch we thought was 2 rooms with double beds but that was not the case. Also when using the breakfast room in the morning the cook could have been a little friendly. i realize its stressful but a smile goes a long way.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised to see the breakfast included eggs and sausage! Bed was very comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was that the room was not refreshed during my stay. I was told that due to Covid, rooms are cleaned every three days. It would have been nice to enter the room and see a freshly made bed.

Nothing except that the dining area has few tables and chairs and that they should provide more esp if they are fully booked

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and they seemed to get along with each other as well. We even got a call the next day telling us we had left some items in the room. It turned out not being our stuff but I appreciated the call all the same. You usually do not get that call. I was very impressed with that.

I heard someone talking right outside our room for most of the morning. It was a late night so I wanted to sleep.

The staff member at the front desk when we arrived was exceptional. She even called our room to make sure everything was to our liking. We asked for a quiet room and we got it. Breakfast was attended by a worker who did an amazing job keeping all the items stocked, and the breakfast area clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean!

The building is old and could use a face lift out front but all in all the place was in good running order and very clean. The ice machine was having some problem, but wasn’t a big deal to us.
