We like the two pools and hot tub. We stayed in the suit. The beds were so comfortable! We loved the bike path. All the staff were very friendly and helpful We arrived early and they let us check in because the room was ready. We were very happy about that!

We were really excited about the breakfast included but ended up being very disappointed. The coffee was gross! None of the food was good either, but but my kids liked the waffle maker! The pool water was very hazy and didn’t look very clean. My kids didn’t care though :-)

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Donna, the woman who was taking care of the breakfast on Friday and Sunday morning was so nice and gave me some places to take my daughter as some of the activities were closed due to the weather. Three of the front desk employees that I spoke with were very nice and always asked if there was anything I needed. The hotel was very close to Lake George village (4 min drive) and the Lake George Bowling Alley (2 min drive). The room was clean and had more than enough towels for our use, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was an added bonus that my daughter loved going to everyday.

I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Lake George. Both check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We didn't need the staff much but when we did, they were always helpful. There's access to tea/coffee and hot water in the lobby at all hours of the day and the tap water in the room was great. My wife and I had the room with the king size bed and walk-in shower, and there was a couch on the side as well with lots of open space. Both the bed and couch were comfortable and clean; the bathroom and shower were both clean and spacious. Obviously if you're looking to have a bath while staying here in a king room, make sure you don't click on the one with the walk-in shower. The AC/heating makes some noise but we were still able to sleep very well. Breakfast was good also, especially the sausage and potatoes. Location is great as you are just off the I-87 but also a couple minutes drive at most into the center of Lake George.

Overall value was great. Pools and hot tub were clean, inviting and open late. Breakfast was good and staff worked to keep up on cleanliness as guests passed through the line.

Like so many hotels post Covid, housekeeping was minimal. We had to get our own trash bags, towels and toilet paper. We were expecting a full service on day 3 of our 5 night stay but didn't receive one. While scouring the room before leaving, we found some hard to miss childrens' toys under our bed from some previous guest. Still, the room was very clean when we arrived, and I'm sure these problems were due to labor shortages. We didn't feel "dirty" and this would not stop me from staying here again. In the heat, you will need a car to get to town but we eventually got a handle on (even free) parking.

Hotel overall was great. The room size was ideal and I didn't realise they had an indoor and outdoor pool and even a gym we could use! Shower pressure was good and the bathroom was a great size. Staff were friendly and there was an iron and ironing board in the room which was ideal as we were there for a wedding. It took maybe 10/15mins to walk into the centre of lake george which was nice as it meant the hotel was quiet.

Breakfast was maybe lacking a bit, it was in a small area so you ended up in a bit of a crowd around the buffet which then led to struggling to find a table to eat. Also the air con in the room was quite loud.

Very friendly and responsive staff at the desk. The room and hotel were clean and it was in a very good location. I liked the availability of hot coffee and tea in the lobby.

The breakfast did offer a wide variety of choices (hot and cold) but almost all the hot food is premade which is understandable given the number of guests. Some additonal fruit choices like bananas would help but they are perishable which the hotel likely wants to avoid.

Breakfast was very good. The whole place was very clean including our room.

Changing towels and wash cloths every day, not every 3 days. Shouldn’t have to Ask for more each day. Would be good to be able to check out by phone And leave the room keys in the room as other hotels do.

The place and people were wonderful.

I was charged by Booking AND the hotel and I have tried to get that resolved but have not been able to. I paid for 3 nights instead of the 2 I actually used. I will never use Booking again…I can’t afford that kind of problem. I don’t vacation much but my daughter had been having health issues (seizures) and I thought some time away would be a wonderful reset. It was…but I can’t afford a problem like that that doesn’t get resolved.

Excellence in service, very nice breakfast and staff was awesome accommodating large crowds during breakfast time they were very patient and friendly. Indoor and outdoor pool is very well maintained and my kids had lot of fun.

Bath rooms and amenities would be better.
