Best Western Plus Silverdale Beach Hotel

Everything was nice the bed was super comfy and the balcony was a plus it was a wonderful day and night so I was able to go out and walk on the beach and wake up to the sounds of the inlet .

I booked the spa room and the spa tub didn't work .when I said that at checkout the rude inattentive front desk lady with the colorful hair didn't even apologize or anything just very dismissive I notice that from her the whole trip with other guest and her fellow colleagues.She is messing up your beautiful hotel with her attitude.

The location was good because all my personal business was in the local area. Driving was within 15 to 20 minutes depending upon traffic.

There wasn't enough covers on the bed. The room was either too cold or too hot because the auto fan ran constantly. Due to Covid-19 restrictions housekeeping is not allowed to enter occupied rooms. The bed was not made daily or were the sheets changed. Times have changed.

Great location, in town but quiet. Loved the bed, it was super comfy and clean. Oh my gosh and the view was beautiful!! The bath tub in our ‘king suite with a balcony view’ was Super deep and the water was beautifully hot. No need for a hot tub!! Wow the water pressure was Fabulous too!!

The carpeting in the hallways upstairs were pretty stained and worn for such a nice hotel otherwise! It made me a little concerned on the way to our room but the room looked great! The only other thing was the dispensers for soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner; they are mounted to the wall and look cool and sleek (LOVE saving the plastic from individual bottles!) but they didn’t operate well at all! When you push where it says to, the whole cover pops off! Yikes!

the rooms were beautiful, large, clean and had wonderful views. The breakfast was great and the location is lovely. The front desk staff and breakfast room staff were excellent.

The carpet in the hallways is stained in such a way that you really notice (and I'm not one who cares all that much about stains) but they're in the process of renovations so it sounds like that will change soon.

location is beautiful and very convenient lots of stores around across the street from a grocery store. The staff were all very friendly and approachable as well as helpful. Bed was comfortable room was clean 👍

sister walked into a spider web with a spider in it inside of the room by the bed and there was tons of spiders on the balcony as well-Maintenance took care of it very quickly. The hallway had a bad smell but the room DID NOT !

The heating/air condition works well and is easy to use. Beds are really comfortable. The breakfast is great. I like the bathroom better this time as the washbasin was not in same room as shower and toilet.

More than one nightstand would have been nice. Brighter bulbs in the lamps. The fridge made very strange noises and was annoying at night. I hate the fridge being inside of the cabinet! It also froze stuff in the regular part of fridge. Maybe a folding chair in the closet to use own the balcony would be nice.

I booked this room for my brother thru booking.com but there is a definite miscommunication between them and the hotel. You give them the guest name and yet it gets booked under whomever is making the reservation which screws up everything. This happened three times to me.

everything from the time i checked in to checked out was a breeze. staff was great, easy going, communicative and helpful. i always love staying here, especially for solo getaways. the room was amazing, well kept and such a prime location to enjoy the quiet serene view. will always choose this place. p.s. BEST. BREAKFAST. POTATOES. EVER!

Breakfast was really good. Server was so nice, food selection was good, ambience was calm. Haven't had such a relaxing long breakfast meal in a long time. Choose a room with sea view on highest floor. Very happy that the staff took care of my request.

The check in staff messed up and charged for the room. This charge took 1 week to be reversed.

Quality rooms, comfortable beds, good size rooms with balconies, shower had great water pressure, well maintained facilities. Big covered pool. Terrific immediate access to rocky beach. Beautiful scenery. Great location close to shopping and other activities.

Breakfast buffet could have been arranged better for social distancing. Can access food only from one side of counter right up against wall, instead of allowing people to move on both sides of serving tables. Current set-up forces people to bunch up. Pool temp was on the cooler side, not so comfy. Air-conditioning in room was noisier than I liked, woke up a few times.
