The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and kindness. Despite the hotel being quite full, the receptionist went above and beyond during check-in to accommodate my request for two side-by-side rooms, doing their utmost to assist. The rooms were impeccably clean, and everything was arranged neatly and to my satisfaction.

The room I occupied had issues with the air conditioning remote control. Despite attempting to adjust the vane using the remote, I was unable to do so. I'm uncertain whether the remote is designed to control the vane.

- Strategic location (right opposite JBCC Komtar and few minutes walk to City Square and CIQ) - 24hrs front desk, can check-in during middle of the night (great front desk staff) - Free car park, can park the car earlier before check-in time as long there’s a valid booking with the hotel - Clean room + bathroom with spotless shower curtain as well (no sign of mould yet and no smell from drainage)

- Tight parking space (each floor 6 parking spaces, brace the risk of scratches) - Room kind of small compared to what display on website but it’s fine with 2D1N or 3D2N stay (not suitable for long term stay with large luggage) - Can hear the noise from the street, but bearable

Location was excellent as it is opposite JBCC. Didn't take with breakfast as I know there are lots of makan place around this area. Ample parking and the way to the carpark lift is so well situated that it's so convenient to access carpark and also it serves your room floor. We like that the location of the lift is just in front of the main entrance door because of this convenience, we did not mind to return to our hotel room for toilet usage everytime in between shopping or makan lol. Will definitely return to this hotel.

No wardrobe in the room ☹️ instead there is some kind of hanging pole around the long mirror in the room to hang clothes and it looks super messy and unsightly once you hang your clothes there and also because of the clothes around it, its very inconvenient to use the mirror for make up purpose. The room is small. Wish there is at least a small wardrobe.

Usually stay here when running errands in JB. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Disposable slippers, toothbrush kit, shower cap provided. Friendly staff. Location is great, easy to Grab anywhere from your doorstep. You can leave your stuff here for a few hours after check out as well if needed. There's a cafe at the lobby that opens most days at 12 noon, just in time for lunch or a quiet place to work!

Please provide soap near the wash basin, so we don't have to go to the shower area to get soap every time :) Also a hand towel would be great!

My go to hotel whenever I’m in JB to head to Singapore. Convenient and affordable! Rooms are clean and breakfast is just 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Didnt notice that there was Chingay parade going on 1/3 (annual event) so almost ALL the roads were closed. Would’ve appreciated if the hotel could inform us on this beforehand so we could plan our drive and so on. Arrived at 6pm for check in but was unable to even get anywhere near CIQ so we drove around in circles until midnight — when the parade ended and roadblocks were gone

I like about this hotel is the location nearby komtarjbcc & City square... also there is a nearest shop nearby too.Easy to find food.The room quiet small but it's clean.Good thing there is a cafe at the lobby so if u hungry u can just go there & can hv yr dinner.Will come again next time.

The room that I book is deluxe twin room..What I notice is they should put extra hangers instead of 2 only & in the future they should made a long tables attach to the wall so atleast we can put our bag or thing.Its seem like no space.its not nice to put on the floor.

Gd price, great accessibility to CIQ & fav shopping spots HDL is just downstairs & opens til 2am Across the Rd is komtar. Room is basic, clean, modern. Has hair dryer & gives toothbrush, Slippers, water, tissue. Bath has cotton pads n the usual, which I wasn't rly expecting for this price. 😂 Was glad with my choice!

The toilet had no floor mat, so the floor wet wet after bath for everybody and the slippers is those cannot touch water type. bathroom no place for putting own toiletries, no conditioner. At first I couldn't tap my card to enter the lift then after asking, found out the card needs to be vertical and match the outline of the lift scanner... 😂 Okay.. Sure

The room is very clean though small. The security feature in the lift is good as those with no room card cannot even use the lift. The location is assessable to the nearby Malls, Jalan Wong Ah Fook and restaurants. There is even a small gym for guests who need workouts. There is also a guard at the multi story carpark.

More cloth hangers will be much appreciated. It will be good not to spread the room with artificial fragrance as some of us have sensitive nose. A mini fridge will be good for us to store cold drinks as the weather is very hot.

We arrived earlier than the stipulated check- in time. I asked if it was possible to leave my bags at the concierge and collect them later, since I already have a reservation. To my surprise the staff at reception checked for available room and promptly said since my room is already prebooked all I need was put down my sigmature and I can keep the bags in my room. It's great to know that staff can excercise flexibility and this is definitely a plus point for the hotel.

Since we checked - in early the housekeeping crew did not replenish the shower gel and shampoo dispenser.by the time I came back at night housekeeping was not available. I had to wait till morning and spoke with reception to contact housekeeping for my shower gel and shampoo.

Absolutely super convenient, just across from KOMTAR JBCC. Nice & cozy ambience at the hotel lobby, very friendly Reception & staffs. Deluxe King Room was not as small as I expected it to be. I still had plenty of space to spread out my luggage & shopping stuffs, & there was still space to perform my prayers. Toilets were small BUT most importantly, it's CLEAN. 👍👍👍 I will definitely stay here again.

I had initially wanted a Family Suite, which could accommodate 4 adults & 1 child, but then I read on the reviews that there was only 1 toilet & 1 TV in the suite. 5 pax sharing 1 toilet is a NO, thus I changed my booking to 2 Deluxe Rooms instead. I found out later from the Reception that some (though not many) Family Suites had 2 toilets! They shld hv listed that as a different name / category room, so that we could hv the option of choosing that.
