Sedap Restaurant was not so sedap (delicious) really not up to 5 star’s standards..i tried nasi beef cheek just so so, nasi ayam roasted also not nice (so far the best nasi ayam in grand hyatt klcc superb) even watermelon fresh juice tasteless..really really not recommended to eat here.. there’s a few meal I tried also really disappointed 😔

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. Pureveen was good and gave options to choose from as we reached the hotel earlier than expected. Room we got was upgraded to Grand Deluxe King and it was damn spacious. Bed was so comfy that you can't even get out. Location is near Pavilion and it has the link bridge beside the hotel and the best part is the food truck opposite. Should try the keropok lekor there. Overall is good. Will definitely come back again..

The management should look into the matter of the deposit as it is too much. I guess $200MYR would be great enough be it for how many nights. As I paid in full upon check in and was shocked as they asked for 1k+ for the deposit. Even other 5 stars hotels I stayed didn't for that much. Some even has no deposit or the max at just $100-$200.. I think it's best the management can look into it and ammend a little of the deposit SOP.

the location & hotel is just perfect. the rooms were very clean. on the staff side the hotel needs improvement, if you want anything at night most of the time no one answers the phone i.e. the operator, in our room you could call only the operator by dialling “0” could not call room service, concierge etc directly. So when operator didn’t pick up the phone had to go to the hotel reception in the middle of the night. So their night service needs fixing. Also, there is no reminder that buffet breakfast will be cleared in day half an hour etc. small service we have experienced in other hotels. we arrived at the hotel on Saturday night, next morning we has buffet breakfast which was included in our room rent. however, when we went to have breakfast on Monday at the same time, we were told breakfast is over & when we had breakfast at same time yesterday, staff just said that time is extended time and only in the weekends. We were shocked to hear this, as we were informed about this. they cleared the whole breakfast area while we were standing there, when we asked give us something to eat like simple bread butter & juice, they refused. even asked at the reception if we can get anything to eat, they simply refused. they were more busy in preparing for the afternoon I guess. It was appalling. Rest of the time we stayed clear of the staff & had pleasant stay.

Night service & appalling staff behaviour, they won’t do anything to accommodate you

It was really near to Pavilion and there was a short cut via lift near Banyan Residence. The hotel staff was so accommodating, be it during check in and during the breakfast. Breakfast spread catered to a lot of citizenship, which is lovely. The pool is always empty and my son has a good time there. Opposite the hotel there will be food trucks at night. Will come back here each time we visit Kuala Lumpur!

There was a back flow of check in guests during check in time but that was just about it. The hotel was quite splendid.

I like that the apartment is quite spacious for my little bub to crawl around. Each room has its own toilet which makes its convenient esp when I’m travelling with infants and elderly!

We had to wait almost an hour to get our apartment ready.Reason being our apartment is the only 3 bedroom apartment in the whole of that building and the housekeepers at that time was running low. The fact that there was less manpower on that 18 November it pointed out to the fact that the shelves in the rooms were quite dusty. On my first impression I would expect a spotless upkeep of the rooms since we waited at the lobby about an hour to obtain our room keys. I believe the amount we paid would go to the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms as well and vice versa. Subsequent days, the housekeepers did a good job in making up all the rooms and ensure it’s tidy and clean!

Location is ok, nearby pavilion however need to walk a little distance. Bathroom is nice. Nice view

Breakfast could’ve been better. There were ants in our 2 bedroom apartment, by the window sometimes kitchen

- we had to change the apartment once. The reason was because the bedroom didn’t have a window as it was shown on the photo when I was booking. - breakfasts were good but could be improved. The man pouring Teh Tarik - was very polite, and the tea was awesome! -

- after changing the apartment, the second apartment had a cigarette smell coming from the bathroom. It was pretty strong for us as we don’t smoke. But the staff could only put some scented staff in the air ventilation. - breakfast options were all too spicy I wish they decreased the chili levels in most foods.

Apartments were good and spacious. One of apartments bedroom was very dingy and Depressing. Services were really good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast service needs to be improved. Many times food was not replenished. We need to wait for things. Apart from the these four days I have stay for a night at Hotel room also. The experience was really bad. We nearly begged for water bottles. If hotel doesn’t provide the water it should be mentioned that it’s Chargeable. I booked two airport drops from the hotel on the Belldesk. One day they offered me 165 and next day for the same car they asked for 195. When I mentioned about last day then the staff started giving me some story. Later he said I will charge 165 if you pay cash. However For families apartments are more suitable. Thanks

Being a hotelier and having work for Accor long time ago, i was expecting the room to be more luxurious and this one was looking like a three star hotel room. However, room was still cozy, super clean, not so beautiful but yet still a good room. Bathroom was super clean and beautiful though equipped with a bathtub and 5 stars amenities even iron and ironing board. Great location walking distance to Petronas tower, pavilion mall, street food market, easy access to metro. Breakfast was excellent got a large buffet with a variety of dishes from europe, asian countries etc

I enjoyed my stay there however room is too small for a five star property in my opinion.
