The staff at the desk were very patient and welcoming. The room was well equipped. Warm room temperature. My king-sized room had a dependable microwave. Good cable TV. Clean rugs and bedsheets. Clean bathroom and good temperature water.

Bathtub curtains rest on a curved instead of a straight bar, making the curtain to sag in the middle and leaving a gap in on the edges when the shower is on. Towels were not anywhere in the room. The ice machine required a little learning curve, but it did work fine. Hallways had noisy people sometimes.

The location was great and the room was well equipped. The bed was comfortable.

The front desk was clueless. The climate control in the room was make shift portable unit that did not function. The remote control sensor for the television was behind the stand. The "unavailable" maintenance man located and repositioned the sensor and gruffly departed, I thought about asking for assistance with the make shift climate control unit but instead turned it off as I didn't want to deal with that attitude. The breakfast was sad and the dining room to small. The lobby was comfortable but the tv was all about broadcasting Christian propoganda.

They have renovated rooms. Ibgot one of them. They have an outside patio. All new interior. New TV. Nice big beds. Bathroom is spacious and beautifully clean. Has a TV (large), microwave, coffeemaker and a small fridge for food and drinks. Pretty nice for the buck! One of the best deals in town, IMO.

Location is a little remote for walking in winter weather. Otherwise OK. Taxis come quick from downtown.

I was there for a few hours but had to check out hours before checkout date because i had to catch an early flight. I slept from exhaustion whike i was there and had a pretty good uninterrupted sleep. Pretty quiet.

Maybe the building can be a little brighter with much light. When i was there… it just seemed a bit dim. Hallways, elevator, the whole building.

The room was super comfortable one of the best stays I've had in a while was even better than the aspen. The bed and bath was my favorite had a great night's sleep. My husband said this was one of the more comfortable stays we've had in a while as well

The door had a crack in it for the bathroom the room door was hard to open and the tub had a Crack on it. The towels has a hair stuck to them and the outside of the sink had some dirt on it

I have stayed here 2x already on different dates - Just this year in Jan and again in March. I really like the location. During off peak season, the room rates are great and a wonderful value - I would most likely always stay here during those times and based on that. I have only stayed in the King rooms and they are spacious, clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus driver and the rest of the staff are helpful upon request of anything.

The lobby, hallways, stairs etc is a bit run down but rooms are quite nice and fresh as mentioned above. The lock on my door was a bit tricky to ensure it was locked properly.

excellent location, within walking distance of downtown sights and Fish Creek for salmon fishing. free shuttle service to the train in the morning which was great so we didn’t have to get a taxi or walk with our luggage. also breakfast started at 5am so we could get to eat before we left for our early train

the reviews put me off the hotel but it was totally fine

I think my room had been recently renovated. It was large with a sitting area, jacuzzi tub (needed a drain plug) and water view. Bed was quite comfortable. Shuttle driver's were very nice and helpful. Needed to go to the Eagon Convention Center and asked the desk how best to get there, they had the shuttle take me.

Overall property is fairly run down and needs a major re-do. Website states there was a bar/restaurant on-site...spoiler alert....there is neither.

The location was very convenient for me as I wanted to be near the train station for an early morning trip.

I waited an hour for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I had been instructed to call when I arrived and I did and was told the shuttle was on the way. I waited a full hour.

The room was enormous with a Jacuzzi in the living space. There was also a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub,

There was confusion about the free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. After a short flight of three hours I spent a further three hours wafer the shuttle.
