Room room excellent, best of all beach front hotels. Private patio, bedroom and living suit face beach. Beach clean, wide, and hotel offers lounge chairs and umbrellas for rent with towels.

Hotel offered better services before the pandemic. No more microwaves in room. No service after 6 pm. Give you sheet with local restaurants to choose from or takeout from. Furniture could use updating. Phones don't work in many rooms do to wiring issues, had to go stairs to front desk to get answers or help.

It’s pretty old and worn, no plugs by the bed unless you went under the bed,in this tech age they could at least buy lamps with plug ins on the base. My main dislike was the exorbitant price for sat nite $360 through booking versus the $165 rate I got on my own the next night for the same room. I don’t mind paying more but $200 more ? Toilets extremely low to ground great for small kids not so much for adults.

Property is well keep, clean and perfectly located. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment. All the rooms have a beach front balcony and are very comfortable, you don’t have to worry blocked views. Great access to the beach and nice pool.

Room does not have a microwave, property does offer common microwave in two floors but walking around the property to warm the food is not appealing. Maybe present the option of renting one with the room, specially if the customer is staying several days. Beach chair/ umbrella rental is $40 per day. Bring your own.

unfortunately we didn’t get to stay in the hotel, the hotel lost power due to the hurricane Ian. And as it was quite pricey, we didn’t want to spend that money knowing we wouldn’t reap the benefits of that hotel. The man on the customer service desk was brilliant, welcoming and understanding. He even helped us look for another hotel in the local area. It would be harsh for me to critique the hotel, so I didn’t answer those questions. But the staff make up for it. We would definitely book again, regardless of the price, but only if there’s no hurricanes lurking!

It was on the beach front. Easy access to the beach. The staff was amazing. The checkout time was at noon so we didn’t feel rushed. The little restaurant had good breakfast. Over all it was amazing.

I think it would have been nice to have little brooms and dustpans in the rooms for all the sand you bring back with you from the beach. No matter how much you rinse off you bring sand into your room. It just gets into your bed.

Very nice staff. Wonderful bartenders, all of them. Everything was clean-lobby, pool area, elevators. Housekeeping did a great job (omg y’all, the sand). Great view…I mean awesome. Room was great. We had a corner room which was pretty much two entire window walls. Don’t worry though, the curtains can make you forget that if it’s not your liking. Great balcony.

This hotel is a bargain. The only thing I think would improve it would be to give better coffee machines, and add microwaves to the room. There is a Walmart across the street, we just went and bought one. Worth the $20.

Exceptional view. Every room has a great view as long as you are above the 2nd floor. The rooms were spacious and modern although a bit worn around the edges. The bed was great and comfortable, but there was nowhere to plug in your phone. The couch was very uncomfortable and so scratchy I covered it with a blanket for my stay. Wifi worked well, staff was friendly. Nice beach out front. Ocean was warmer than the pool. Pool area was nice.

No free breakfast which for over $300 a night they should give you a champagne buffet. Also there were beach chairs on the beach, but you had to rent them for $15 and hour or $40 a day. For the price of the hotel per night, they should include the beach chair. No mircowave in the room, which should DEFINITELY be included at that price. Melbourne and Coco Beach are kind of dumpy areas with old buildings and unattractive strip malls, but if you look hard enough you can find some good areas to kayak, eat dinner, explore, and see some nature.

We are long time Lovers of this RADISSON! It is a love affair that will continue it is in an old Florida town (which is a good thing btw) the Business's and the Restaurant's and of course the Radisson in this area is a must visit. Their staff is above and beyond your expectations. The room and the views are Billion dollar!! BEST price for oceanview rooms! This is a hidden gem. There were plenty of beds for my family, we loved walking right out to the beach, and the pool was clean and heated. The staff was great and helpful.

The hotel has some wear and tear, but it's clean.

View , view , view. Lots of different restaurants, great staff , outside bar area and pool. Beach was beautiful.

Our first room smelled odd. And around 1am our AC died. The maintenance man came very quickly to fix, But it needed parts. So… We were upgraded and sent to an upper room that was perfect .
