The room was spacious and clean. I liked the bed but my husband thought it was too firm. They provided four pillows, which was a great bonus!

The main pool was closed while we were there. The elevator in the reception area wasn’t working so you had to go up and down 26 stairs with your luggage to get to your tower and get your car when going out. Never found a thermostat in our room and there was no information on WiFi etc. It might have been on the television but who wants to sit through that.

The property was very clean & well maintained. The pool area was nice. The 1 bedroom reimagined king suite was very spacious and up to date. Bed slept comfortably.

Parking was awful. Limited spaces plus $31.95 per night. Didn’t make any sense when there is already a resort charge. There was an conference being held at the property. Which made finding a parking space difficult. Stayed in Tower 1 had to park by Tower 3 and walk around to Tower 1. Also 2 bottles of Fiji water inside the room was $7 a bottle that was a ridiculous & unnecessary hidden charges.

Caribe Royale Orlando is pretty amazing hotel! First my husband and I came here for little get away weekend. Little did we know that we will be few days back as hurricane Milton's evacuees. The hotel took care of us the first time and the second time even better. The preparation during Milton, organizing staff, information for the guests, meal schedule under emergency was quite remarkable. We are grateful to the professional staff at the front desk as well as at all of Caribe Royal's restaurants (yes, we tried them all!). Special thank you to Steven, who helped with our luggage! Huge thank you and kudos to the management for keeping the hotel clean, safe, fun and beautiful no matter what. You, guys, got it right. Others should learn from you!

all the hidden fees where terrible. I received a receipt upon checkout and GEESH it was all kinda stuff on that bill smh. it was really just over priced and the end of the day.

Close to Disneyland, helpful staff, very good cleaning service, very big parking area, spacious room

although the hotel is quite expensive, it does not provide free water for guests; there were 2 bottles of water in the room, which were extra charged if you chose to take them - this is disappointing...

Rooms are amazing! Property was so clean and pool was perfect temp. Loved the food at the pool bar and marketplace also nice to have Starbucks. I saw some reviews about gratuity but staff makes it clear it’s included. I spent same on 4 nights here that I did two nights at Disney hotel and this was soooooo much better in every way. My nephew loved the gnome hunt and large chocolate displays. Front desk was so nice and made him feel extra special checking in as well as all the workers that greet you outside and held our bags. Longest trip was to Magic which was only 15 min and affordable with uber which I prefer to Disney buses.

Ordered room service steaks probably the worst I’ve ever had mine was truly inedible. I called guest services to tell them and was transferred to DAISY who then said I’ll send you to kitchen so they can make you another. I said I didn’t want another and her response was then I’ll still need to send you to the kitchen so they can take it off your acct. “I mean I don’t know what else you want me to do.” She was extremely rude and felt aggressive she truly put a damper on my stay. They also have a lot of conventions and had one loud event but ended at respectable time I think quiet by 10pm so we were fine but if I had younger child it could be an issue. Lastly would be nice to offer life vests to kids, the pool gets very deep with no lifeguards.

We stayed at Tower 3 last year but loved staying at Tower 1 better. The staff was very friendly and loved the fact that Upper management made sure that staff were always on point. Sometimes, micromanaging is needed, especially at hotels of this status. We also enjoyed relaxing at Calypso pool and restaurant, but the staff was a bit pushy and not friendly. We also didn't like that fact that our bill was not itemized. We fell in love with the Stadium club sports bar. The concept was amazing, the staff was very friendly and the food was top-notch!!!!

My first concern was that Booking.com clearly stated that a $100 damage deposit would need to be paid at arrival. When we got to the desk, we were asked to pay $100 per day($300) for our 3 night stay. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please make sure that Caribe and Booking.com are on the same page with the fees due upon arrival. Secondly, we were assigned to 2 queen beds. I'm 6'0 foot and my feet/legs were hanging off the bed. It felt and looked more like 2 regular beds.

This is a great hotel, is family friendly, clean,staff was nice, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, no nned to go out of the hotel to grab a bite or have breakfast; which is a plus. The price was just right for the room.

I hate paying extra fees at the end... resort fee, parking fee, why not just add it to the whole night stay price and let people decide if they want to stay according to their budget. Dping that resort fee and parking fee is annoying and confussing for some.

The 2 bedroom villa was nice and cozy. The master's bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom was great. The living room, kitchen, and other bedroom were also of good size. The kitchen was complete with plates, utensils, glasses, pans, etc. The hotel had A LOT of amenities. The swimming area had a slide and had a nice, fun vibe to it. Food in Calypso was great though quite pricey. Enjoyed our stay!

We had to use our room a little after lunch but it was being serviced by housekeeping. I requested for her to come back and clean our room after a few hours but she was not able to.
