The lobby, exterior and our room are all decorated in a very nice clean contemporary design. the location was great for us, near everything we needed. Our room was clean and well supplied with towels, toiletries and coffee. we thought the price we paid was very good for the room we got.

Breakfast was mostly prepackaged foods, nothing Hot or homemade. the breakfast still had a lot of choices, cereal, yogurt, bananas, orange juice and you could toast bagels.

It was what I expected for the price. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast buffet

We were on the ground floor and the window shades wouldn't close so I had to use my hair clip. Someone parked both their cars right in front of our door so we had to walk with our bag's. I requested a special flower and Booking. Com said they would be glad to do it but they didn't. 2 of the lights didn't work

They had a continental breakfast with a waffle maker which was delicious! Perfect spot to stay in Bowling Green to explore the city! Only 15 minutes away from most major extractions.

There was a bit of a wait to check in and check out as the staff member was helping other patrons. I understand though if it is just one person working that there will be a wait.

The room was nice and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was great to have a smoking room also.

The hair in the floor by the bed and on the toilet. I was gonna say something about the shower not working but I seen the sign when I checked out on how to use it. I think it should be mentioned at check in as not everyone goes so far to the left to look at the window because it's not in eyes sight when ya check in.

The showers were so nice with the pressure, height, and temperature. Not many people were there so the privacy was nice. Easy access to a lot of restaurants, stores, and gas stations. My car battery died due to my headlights being left on and the employees and other visitors helped us jump it back off.

The pillows made my neck be stiff. Also, one of the lights did not work the bulb had blown and not replaced.

We liked everything else. Staff very friendly. Some of the lights in the room didn't work and they came and took care of that. Another staff member, only on the job 2 days fixed another problem with the TV. Very appreciated Not sure the sheets were changed everyday, we were there 3 nights, but did have clean towels everyday. Comforter was stained and they did come and change it.

The water pressure was unexceptable. Very hard to feel clean and wash hair. The TV Spectrum had no guide,, local news or weather channel. The lighting in the bathroom was not bright enough to put makeup on. The parking lot had bright lights so it was had to get it real dark to sleep. Maybe another blind on the window to keep out that light.

Our room looked like it had just been redone. Bed was comfortable. Everything was nice and clean.

When we were leaving I noticed that the bottom sheet on the bed was wrong side out. Made me wonder if sheet had been changed.

Very clean. Appeared to have been recently remodeled. I liked the “clean” look, including the lack of carpet. Easier to clean and much better for those with allergies, such as myself.

The outside door had a tendency to stick. Microwave should probably be replaced. Older model that took 5 minutes to heat water do I could make a cup of tea. Coffee maker was missing the drawer in which you place the coffee pack.

it was clean and comfortable and we stayed two separate nights and our daughter left her favorite stuffed animal and the desk clerk went out of his way to find it and get it back to us. way above and beyond normal duties

Breakfast was good. Wished there were more options but otherwise it was great.

The $70.00 incidental charge that could take 2-7 business days to go back onto our form of payment . Should have been noted on booking.com
