Breakfast was great! Nice to have a hot tub option in the pool area. The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. They provided extra shampoos/conditioners for us since we needed more for our crew. When I came down to collect the extra toiletries, I overheard the front desk staff telling someone on the phone that due to privacy reasons she could not share the room number of someone else at the hotel without that persons authorization and that this was a normal safety/privacy measure. I told her “good job!” When she hung up.

Wish I had known there was a hot tub in addition to the pool.

It was clean, bright, and quiet. Despite the hotel being fully booked, we barely heard any noise. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We were greeted on arrival, and then again each time we crossed paths with the staff. Even when we arrived back in the middle of the night the young man starting his night shift took the time to say hello and ask how we were. We ended up needing something vacuumed up, but housekeeping was gone for the day- so the manager came and did it personally. So above and beyond. The free breakfast is also really good! They have the usual oatmeal, waffles, bagels, but also hot food! Eggs, sausage, hash browns. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Breakfest was well balanced, hot tub was warm, overall clean place!

Key cards would deactivate every so often, causing you to go to the front desk to reactivate could extend breakfest until 12pm

The location was great and breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable as well. The staff we encountered were all very friendly.

The pool and hot tub were very dirty and you could tell it had been an extremely long time since they were cleaned at all. The seating/table area was not swept and you could tell by the amount of debris on the floors around the tables. We were not informed that housekeeping didn’t come around while we were staying there, so we had to ask for fresh towels and empty our trash then improvise new trash bags during our 5 night stay.

Staff at the desk was friendly and the breakfast was standard. Good waffles. My room was clean, bedding good and bathroom clean. The breakfast area was also clean.

The hallways were dirty. Vacuuming hadn't been done in a while or at least that is how it appeared. There was a strong smell that I couldn't place. Not too aversive but noticeable.

The toilet was the old style very low. There were major renovations, the toilets should have been changed too low. The new ones are much higher.

The room has just been remodeled. Everything was fresh and clean looking. Both rooms are great with exception to room 331 to which the water in the sink got backed up ran over the sink under the floor out the bathroom and into the bedroom carpet.

Unfortunately my first night was in room 331, and for whatever reason the water in the sink got backed up and over ran into the floor and onto the carpet.

This is a beautiful, modern, remodeled hotel with a hot breakfast. During check- in we were greeted with a warm smile. This was our second stay and we enjoyed it.

The ad says it has an airport shuttle which is not true. we paid an extra $20.00 to get an Uber from the airport to the hotel. We probably would not have booked it if we knew that ahead of time, but by the time you find that out, you have to pay for your reservation.

Great property, quite and clean. Awesome front desk staff.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety and healthier options. Shower head needed a bit of upgrading.

Breakfast was excellent-hot food, good variety, very tasty, room was quite clean, and housekeeping cleaned the room every day. Staff was polite and attentive. Plenty of spaces to park.
