Location was a little sketchy with the amount of homeless people sleeping, wandering and/or loitering the street where the hotel is located.

I went to check out at approx 230am and no staff was present and the doors were locked, no one answered the phone, no one responded to me knocking and ringing the bell. A homeless man happened to be walking by and was checking the trash can and told me it was shift change. I tried calling several times while on the road. Appox 400am I finally reached someone, they checked me out and when I asked if there was any further on my part, she just hung up, no response at all, just hung up.

Proximity to the highway, hashbrowns for breakfast, bath (we do not like shower cabin), clean room, pool and hot tub, hotel looks cozy, lots of booklets about local sightseeing.

The front desk staff was not friendly/ welcoming. They helped. They did their job. Both of front desk were too busy to share their smiles and hopitable attitude. Hot tub was murky. Location next to highway is a bit noisy (we were okay). Windows cannot be open, we slept with door open secured with a chain, as we needed fresh air.

When checking in the receptionist said breakfast was served from 6-9 am. At 6:05 am the set up person told us nothing would be ready until 6:30. We had some coffee, a yogurt and left. The bread, Danish and bagels were available. The front desk should coordinate information with the kitchen staff.

We were traveling with a dog so we got a dog friendly room on the first floor. The carpet needs to be cleaned - spots everywhere, including the sofa. The bed, towels, and bathroom were all very clean. We will try this location one more time.

I was impressed with the breakfast options and the openness of the breakfast area

The pillows were all high and dense and this shape hurts my neck. Could be great if there was some variety. The location felt like a parking lot of hotels, which it is, I just didn't realize it. I can't say the location felt great, but I suppose that's also on me to realize.

The location was okay, except for all the homeless people out on the street. Breakfast was okay. The biscuits and gravy was really good. The egg.... Eh not so much. It tastes weird. Over all everyone was friendly, the room was Great, and the beds were soooo comfy. I would definitely recommend to people.

It was very quiet even though the location is adjacent to a major roadway intersection. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of hot and cold options. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean.

It was a little strange as all the bedding left visible spark trails when rubbed. There was no feeling of static shock, so this was not a problem, just an observation.

I apologize but i did not eat breakfast. My niece wanted to try a restaurant so we left for downtown. I will partake in breakfast on my next visit.

I did not find any kleenex in the room. With all the sneezing and coughing going on I believe kleenex should have been provided. My room was situated in the back and after a long drive I did not relish the thought of going to front desk.

The breakfast was excellent. It consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage links, bagels, toast, cereal, biscuits and gravy, waffles, danishes, orange juice, apple juice, coffee. Very good variety of selection. The price was great. Room was good. Bathroom was huge and needs were comfy.

Breakfast worker for the day we stayed wasn't very friendly but other than that he was very attentive to keeping the breakfast items available. Maybe he wasn't having a good morning, I don't know.

Everything we experienced was exceptional. The cleanliness was excellent and the proximity to a major road way and easy access to the property was welcomed. The cost was extremely fair with what was provided, we will definitely stay again during future travels.

There was nothing we could complain about. An excellent facility and a fair price.

A/c worked great and it was surprisingly quiet considering the room had an outside entrance.

The location wasn’t great, I’m glad I wasn’t alone.
