The living room was very nice. I spent most of my time in that room. I also liked having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The room was also clean. Staff members were also friendly.

The bed was not comfortable. It was very hard. I think in-room televisions are due for an upgrade. The TVs are small and there are no smart TV options. It would have been very helpful if I could have logged into my Netflix or YouTube accounts on the TV. At the price of the rooms, better TVs should be provided.

One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. Nice roomy suites.

Beds were a bit hard. Desk staff doesn’t seem to like when you use Booking.com. She mentioned that two different times on different days. We tried to check out a day early (3 night stay) and she said we couldn’t because of booking.com. Called Booking who called the hotel for me and they said we could check out a day early but no refund.

I found the hotel was very nice and the room extremely large, with a decent size sitting area with TV, separate from the bed/sleeping area, which had it's own bed. There was plenty of storage space and would make for a great place for an extended stay.

I like a firm bed, but this bed was hard. A choice of pillow types or more full pillows would be nice.

We were surprised at the size of the room. The room was clean and wasn't worn like a lot of other hotels. There was a nice porch, with chairs, at the main entrance. All our interactions with the staff were great. The staff went out of their way to provide information without us needing to ask questions. The breakfast buffet was good. China and metal silverware were provided instead of paper products.

The only complaint we have is that the channel guide provided for the television did not match the programming.

The location is perfect for visiting family. The rooms were very comfortable and met our needs. It was nice to be able to get more choices for breakfast than some of your competitors. The staff was available and willing to answer our questions!

The bathroom is a little dated and the faucet was difficult to use. We did let the staff know about the faucet before we left. They told us it was new, but they would check on it. Price wise, I thought it was a little more than it should be, but all of the positives kind of outweigh this point.

The staff was great, room was clean. The Staff had the answer to all our questions, we really enjoyed having the restaurant right on sight to order dinner after driving all day in the rain. The breakfast ladies were so friendly and kept all the food hot and filled. All dishes and silverware were clean and so was the food area and tables. These ladies know how to run the show!

The couch was very worn, needs to be replaced. When you sat down you sank way down hard to get up. The shower could be updated. It’s a charming older hotel.

The pool area is lovely. Even though you can hear traffic on nearby BUSY Mentor Ave, they've done a nice job of landscaping so it doesn't feel like you're right next to busy road.

Wish the pool was open later. 8pm isn't an unreasonable closing time but being an outdoor pool and summers so short in Ohio it would be nice to enjoy it as much as possible.

The room we had felt like a luxury hotel...high ceilings, sitting area as you walk in, bathroom nice sized and the "bedroom" was set in the back. They did not have a breakfast on Sunday morning, I'm sure due to Covid, but they did have vending machines if we needed a snack and the location was very near restaurants and gas stations. It was relatively easy on/off the expressway which was wonderfully convenient for us. The parking was fine and, if it was full, there was an area for overage parking. We got in late, so we really just jumped in bed, woke up in the morning and headed home, but it's definitely a place I'll keep in the books if I travel that way again.

I am assuming meals will show up in the future, so I'm not going to rate that part as a true negative due to Covid, although it would have been nice to have a few prepackaged items either in the rooms or available in the lobby rather than just the vending machines. As my husband was wondering the front area, there may have been something, but he didn't see it. I, myself, didn't search so this portion was based on his thoughts.

I understand that the breakfast was supposed to be free, but I did expect some quality. The quality was really sub-par, and so were the breakfast facilities. Serving the breakfast in the basement of the hotel, with such low ceilings, really put a damper on our mornings. This was not a pleasant experience. This is why we had to order from Dunkin Donuts 😞.

I like the location. It's close to shopping and the movie theater and best of all family.

I dont like that prices have gone up on Hotel rooms. It's the only vacation I get is a long weekend to see my children and grandchildren. Since I am a fixed income person I watch my money closely. I will have to cut down my visits.
