Comfort Suites Bethlehem Near Lehigh University and LVI Airport

The location was great we were able to walk to most of the sites we wanted to see. Of course free breakfast is always good. Coffee and tea in lobby pretty much all day and night. There was a decent selection of food at the breakfast bar. It was nice to have a restaurant on site to get some snacks at night.

Dogs whining and barking in their rooms. Owners probably left them alone and of course their dogs don't bark and whine. You should consider putting visitors with pets all together on the same floor. It was a little tricky getting into the property form the main drag. The bathtub was draining really slow. The AC unit could have been a little bit more quite. The breakfast hours could be a bit longer, 9:00 seems a bit early I heard some complaints from the folks while sitting there.

The bed was very comfortable, and a great selection for breakfast...

The 3rd floor coke machine did not allow bills or coins but did allow credit card transactions and I got 2 items and after the second item I got 2 texts on my debit card showing 2 -4.00 dollar transactions, the machine showed the drinks were 2 dollars each...the gentleman at the front desk said coke company was in charge of the machines and to call the number on the machine...I hold Comfort Suites responsible since the machines are on their property...If they do not reimburse me the 4.00 I probably will never go again to their hotel...its just a matter of principles, I can survive getting ripped off.

Breakfast was fine. Room was fine. Would have appreciated housekeeping services - we did not once have clean towels except when we asked for them at the front desk. Cleanliness of the hotel was exceptionally good.

Servicing the room - the bed was never made. The wastebaskets were never emptied. The refrigerator did not work until I asked three times to have it fixed - it only needed to be plugged in.

The breakfast was excellent ! The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. With the lack of enough staff to keep the on-site restaurant open all the time, a map showing places to eat within walking distance would be helpful. The Desk Clerk explained where a couple of good places were but a map would still have been helpful.

There was a lot of noise. We didn't realize it was a pet friendly facility. We love dogs but not barking the room across from ours and outside our window at night. We heard a lot of people talking, etc from people walking in the hallway.

We stayed this weekend for a getaway.This place has everything that we expect for a room; it was cozy,, very comfortable, clean, well equipped with all the supplies that we need. The lady from the breakfast buffet is so kind, and helpful. She keeps everything stocked, cleaned and neat. And also the receptionist Jafir was very attentive,courteous and patient with everything that we asked for. Always a smile on his face. We definitely recommend this place to everyone. We will come back.

The breakfast was excellent. The woman who supervised the food was truly on top of her game, and very friendly. I had three blueberry streusel muffins they were so good! The location was a surprise. We approached on Broadway from the west side of town, and the area looked a lot like our neighborhood a couple of years ago - transitional. It wasn't until we checked in and drove east for dinner that we realized Comfort Suites is on the edge of a hipster community. All the usual amenities are there: coffee shops, a bike store, distillery, hookah lounge, noodle shops, taco stand...This area is happening.

The bathroom needs renovation, but it still serves your needs, and the water pressure in the shower was great.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel is "older" and in need of some updating, but doesn't affect comfort. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Staff very helpful all around.

Because they have a conference room/convention center, it got very noisy one evening during a wedding celebration, which jammed parking availability (had to park in an adjacent garage for the night - got reimbursed, but inconvenient), and celebrating went on into the early morning (2:30) and into the outside of hotel! This is a VERY BUSY hotel location, so parking always seemed to be difficult, but manageable.

I appreciated the breakfast availability. I thought the staff were nice and friendly but not overly so. We had a nice sized room with a very comfortable bed. I liked that they had a small shop for snacks and small toiletries and a pretty large space overall.

from the photos on google, i thought there was a pool and there was not. Our room smelled of a heavy smoker and we did smell cigarette smoke within the halls. I wished my sister and I had rooms closer to each other, but we did not request that, maybe we should have said something. i would have liked healthier options for breakfast like fresh fruit, non dairy milk and gluten free options. the hallways were a little too dim for my liking.

Perfect location for us. 0.9 miles from hospital. Very close to Steelstacks/Bethlhem Steel. Casino not far nor is Dorney Park. Not necessarily in the best neighborhood but worked for us. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Nice size room. Good for 3 people. They were upgrading the lobby/ wainscoting. Looks good. We also had to extend our stay and they accommodated us on a Holiday weeked/weekend when they were full. Put us no a cancellation list. Also stayed in a King bed room. That was older. Same amenities as the larger 2 double room.

Breakfast is ok. Waffle station not operating at this time. Typical American continental breakfast. Do have choices but not scrambled eggs, bacon etc. Have Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches and egg muffin sandwiches, oatmeal, fruit bars, cereal, juice, bagels. Would have preferred some fruit.

Locale was great, staff were awesome and friendly (and cheerful), as well as responsive; room was clean and well-organized (i.e. TV viewable from bed and sofa, without having to turn it one way or the other). There was a loud wedding going on during one night of our stay, but there must have been some good sound-proofing because we couldn't hear the music from the room or the hall...only in the lobby, which was fine.

Not sure this can be helped, but I wish there were more parking available. A big trailer had taken up several spots; there was a smelly pile of mulch covering one or two spots.
